Never thought a Memorial Day Weekend camping trip could be filled with birdsongs and no other sounds whatsoever! Although there were other campers staying on the property, our spot was remote enough not to hear or see them. We only noticed some other guests in the communal area around the pond and beach. Our spot was large and level enough to pull in with our 22ft motorhome. There was a picknick table, a fire ring and an endless supply of fire wood. Ron was an awesome host – knowing when to leave you alone and when to be of service.

This being our first experience with camping through Hipcamp we weren't sure what to expect but the property was reflective of the online description. The owners were very friendly and helpful. Our daughter had never caught a fish ( in spite of many outings) and they were determined to help her out at picking the right spot at their pond. Glad to say the fishing monkey is finally off her back and we enjoyed ourselves a great deal.
