We were their first hip campers and it was our first Hipcamp stay. It could not have been better. The camping spot they showed us was under old growth walnut trees that created their own cool environment out of the hot sun. We were welcomed with a sweet dog and cool piece of fruit they grew on the farm. Bibiana and Ron are wonderful farmers who let us wander the grounds and buy some fruit for the rest of our travels.
Delicious, beautiful, and calming describes our stay. Can’t wait to stay here again on our next trip to Lake County.
It was our first hipcamp and we loved it! So much we stayed another night. The property is perfectly located, in between farms, vineyards and lakes. There was so much space for us, we had lots of shade from the trees and it felt very quiet. The colors of the sunrise and the sunset were beautiful. Ron and Bibiana were very nice and they made us feel very welcome and safe. We would come back anytime!!!

Thank you! You were wonderful guests!
Great! Location very private, friendly hosts. Wonderful change of scenery, will definitely be back. They were pressing apples and offered us a taste, it was so fresh!

Thanks, Susan! It was so nice to have you stay with us.
Ron and Bibi were excellent hosts! They made sure that we got to our site safely, and offered us a melon from their farm when we arrived.
The site itself was extremely private and quiet, away from the main road. It sits under walnut trees, and in the distance you can see rows of pear trees. There is a private bathroom with running water, and hookups for electrical and water if you need.
It is a bit dusty so I recommend bringing ground covers. But other than that, the area is clean and clear.
We came on a weekend when the Glass Fire was on full blast and the smoke made outdoor exploration almost impossible. But we did get to explore a little bit on the last day, and got to walk into the grove of pear trees and back to the dry creek bed.
I would LOVE to return on a weekend when the creek has water, because it is a great size for swimming.
I heartily recommend this spot to anyone looking for a peaceful, private RV getaway. The added bonus was Bibi & Ron's farm dog named Rummer, who came to visit for snacks and pets.

This place is a gem. It's beautiful, secluded, with a great view of the night sky. Hosts we're wonderful too!
It was cool to stay at Ron's! Nice location (near town), beautiful stars at night.. Cool chickens and cats.. Was a really nice way to get out of town!
Thank you Ron for being such a great host!
