This was wonderful. Its not as far as it looks and is well worth the diversion. We loved falling asleep to the sounds of the sweet creek. The hot shower was fabulous! Lorie and Crystal were helpful and accomidating. We loved the way it was developed!!! Great spot!

Creekside Camping Under The Trees
This campsite was so cute! Laurie was a great host; she showed us around the property, told us some things going on in town, and invited us to coffee the following morning. Her and Crystal (as well as the other campers) were very welcoming. The campsite was well maintained, and you could choose to have little/no privacy as well as total privacy so there's really something for everyone. Also, her site really gives a community vibe and encourages interaction among guests. Only thing: WEAR LOTS OF BUG SPRAY.

Lupine Loop Car Camping
This is place is fantastic. It's rustic camping with a twist. The host (Krystal) is fantastic, really sweet and fun to talk to. The place itself is a hidden gem tucked away from any city. One thing to remember is that the closest town is a bit of a drive away, so as long as you are prepare well with food & ice, you'll have a blast.

Creekside Camping Under The Trees
We arrived after dark but Krystal was expecting us and showed us to the campsites. The campsite was nice, the fairy lights gave it a cozy feeling, and we got to wake up to a view of the beautiful creek in the morning. I had never used a composting toilet before, but I thought it was actually pretty pleasant - far better than port-a-potties or pit toilets.

Creekside Camping Under The Trees
This place was great. We just stayed for an evening. Krystal was there to greet us and was super friendly as she walked us back to the sites. We woke to the sunrise in the morning washed up in the makeshift sink, got to know Throney, checked out awesome creek out back, then drove back into Fort Bidwell to have breakfast at the FortBidwell Hotel. Everything had a simple friendly small town feel.

Creekside Camping Under The Trees
Rancho Love Joy Peace is a beautiful piece of land and a prefect environment to come and hang out and camp with friends.
Fully equipped with private campsites, a creek to take a dip in on a hot day, a beautiful farm, and a communal amphitheater where movie nights are played. There are solar lights to guide you where ever you need to navigate at night ( like the compost toilet 'Throney') and fun little hiking trails up into the hills to give you a beautiful view of the grounds.
Rancho Love Joy Peace has nothing but good vibes. A place you don't feel obligated or pressured to mingle with the other campers or farmers but also a great place to meet and hang out with kindred sprits.
Definitely a great place for a much needed recharge from everyday life.
