This is a quiet neighborhood where all houses are on one-acre properties, so you may see neighbors. We have three dogs: two Aussies and a border collie. They may visit your site. However, there is a gate that can be closed so they can stay out. Some people love visits from the dogs, some don't. Up to you.
We have a portable water hose to fill your water tank and an extension cord from the house for electricity. 110 volts Only! IMPORTANT: You will need your own electrical converter.
This property is available for events, with prior agreement and additional costs. Kitchen and bathroom in main house may be used with prior arrangements and at additional costs.

This is a great base camp to explore the area. Just minutes away from Montana De Oro, Morro Bay, and SLO. Our hosts were accommodating and helpful if you are new to the area and looking for things to do. The site was quiet and spacious. Would totally rent here again.
Paula and Stuart are friendly hosts with a beautiful back yard. We enjoyed star gazing and listening to the fog horn off in the distance. They’ve created a semi private spot in their back-back yard that is separated from their backyard with a chain link fence. They set up a fire ring with chairs and a dining area inside a small red barn. You park through double gates off a side street which is relatively quiet. A few neighbors walked by and the garbage truck came by once, but otherwise it is a very quiet and safe neighborhood. It’s also close to a Starbucks and other dining options. We walked the Bluff Trail along the coast which was stunning. There is no bathroom or shower, so come ready to be self contained. They did offer their water hose to fill up our pop up, and allowed us to dump our grey water. They have three friendly dogs who stayed on the house side of the property. We enjoyed our visit to Los Osos and the Little Red Barn!
