Our RV is 26' long with 2 slides (pop outs) sleeps 2 comfortably (Queen size bed). Has many amenities. Kitchen w/microwave/sink/oven/refrigerator, Shower (hot water) and potty, AC/heat. Very roomy and comfy. We have two flat screen TV's that you can bring your favorite movies (no cable).

Very roomy and comfy. We have two flat screen TV's that you can bring your favorite movies (no cable). WIFI available/Fire Stick for TV. All the comforts of home. We also offer "real" showers w/toilet/sink, located off the craft room/garage. We will provide your linens, sheets, bedding, pillows, dish soap. We have a couple of kayaks that you may use while here.
You will be able to use our deck over looking the lake. This property has 360 degree views. Our area is quite and pristine, nature at it's best! We have an array of wildlife here. We have deer, elk, bob cats, turkeys, coyotes (howling) and so many more critters. Many types of birds, pelican, ducks, black birds, etc.. Be sure to check out all the wonderous stars at night! (when it isn't cloudy)
The RV sits on a cement platform with car parking next to the RV. No dirt roads. Elevation here here is approximately 2000 feet. Clearlake is at 1300 feet. You will have beautiful mountain views to the north/west/east/south. We have world class wineries here in Lake County! Beautiful rolling hills and mountains.. Be sure to download "All Trails" for hiking options in our area.

Linda and Ev were very responsive and helpful right from the moment we booked our stay till we checked out. Linda was consistently in touch while we stayed there and gave all necessary advice and inquired if we faced any inconvenience. The view of the Clearlake from the deck was exceptionally beautiful. Along with that you also get the view of mountains from the site where the RV is parked. The place is quiet and highly recommended if you are looking for a calm gateway from the city hustle. Overall my wife and I loved our stay and we would love to be back again.
Linda and Ev were great! They were very responsive throughout my whole trip and were very friendly as well. The RV has everything you could need and the location is a prime spot for relaxing and soaking in a great view. They treated me and my SO like their own family and I would definitely visit again in the future.
