Jeff was a welcoming and helpful host! The area was quiet and the stars and night animals were a great addition to our stay. Our kiddos had fun playing and climbing the paths and hills. Tables and chairs made meals easy. And some trees were good for shade and hanging out hammocks. Downside is there is no bathroom, but the area is private. Also there is water and electricity which was a nice addition. And Jeff even set up a light for us so we could find our way back when we left for a late dinner. We will definitely stay again!

Jeff was a great host. He met us at the junction to help my husband get into the RV spot. The camping area was very nice and private. There were amazing hiking trails and gorgeous views of the sunset. Jeff has a map to help you navigate the trails with ease. There was a great BBQ area set up under the shade of trees. We also had spots to set up our two hammocks. Our dog got to run around off leash which he loved after our long car trip. We also got to meet wild donkeys and Jeff’s goat. All and all a great few days.

Very hot and dry but it was fun. Hikes are a little difficult as far as the steep climbs and navigation.

Ok so when we first pulled up to this property we were a little weary because we didn’t see the view we saw in the pics but Jeff, the friendliest human around, walked us up to the hill where his camp meets the Park and WOW!!!! We took our chairs up every single night to watch the sun set at the top of the hill then climbed down into the safety of our camp where you’re completely protected from the winds. Jeff is SO helpful and even came down and fixed the slide out on our motorhome for us when we couldn’t figure it out! He is so handy and he is creating such an awesome environment for outdoor enthusiasts like us!

Jeff is a great host. Very welcoming and very cool. If I was drinking Id have loved to have a beer with him. I brought my 4 yr old son and it was his first camping trip. So it was all about him. He loved it! Jeff was not intrusive but checked on us once or twice and we ended up walking around and seeing the goat Xena. The trails were great, we wore headlamps at night and did a fun little night hike.
It is very very dusty and dirty, not like gross or anything, the camp site is awesome! Its just very dusty and dirty, which is what camping is, but all of my gear needs to be cleaned off. I will be back here for sure with Lincoln. He loved the site and I did too. Also a big fat bonus was they had firewood there to use! THANK YOU JEFF!

Jeff was the perfect host!! Can’t recommend his place enough. Animals and sunset and a light and water! Everything you need. Definitely stay!!
The view and the donkeys were great. It’s very close to the city but tons of hiking trails were right next to the camp site.
Jeff was very welcoming and provided a thorough introduction to the property and trails. The resident goat and TONS of wild burros were fantastic as well. We had a great time exploring and hope to return.
