We had such a great time at this lovely location! We were warmly welcomed by a couple of the staff and they showed us to our rooms in the lodge when we arrived. Each lodge room is named after a different goddess and has different themes, which just adds to the unique charm of this place :) There are tons of different spots to hang out at this place. We spent most of our evening cooking in their commercial kitchen, hanging out in the Pavilion (which has plenty of tables, couches, and reading material), and enjoying the hot tub and pool behind the lodge. The pool isn't heated, but it is quite refreshing ;)
We spent our morning walking around the grounds and visiting all the unique animals. They rescue birds and there were all sorts of exotics birds there! As well as llamas and even a serval cat from Africa. He is named after the Egyptian moon god, Khonsu. We also attended a noon practice in the temple to welcome the sun and the new day.
Definitely recommend this place if you're looking for something a little bit different and free-spirited :)
