Early morning offers the best opportunities for seeing wildlife such as bears, deer or coyotes near Silver Lake.

This makes a good base camp for fall colors in October.Near Silver Lake in the early morning.

Great Campsite! Unless you have reservations, good luck finding a spot. We got there on Friday morning around 10 AM and snaked the last one! Bring a Canopy!!
