Frank has built an amazing campsite. Over the past decade he's slowly built a vineyard with tons of areas for campers. Felt amazing watching the sun set into the horizon and listening to the birds chirp. You can canoe down the river or walk along the railroad tracks and find cool spots. Tons of spaces for RVs with all the hookups and you can basically camp anywhere.

If you're using Google Maps continue past where it drops you off until you see a signpost with 5+ green signs. Turn left, go past the tracks and then turn left again and head all the way down to the house.

We seriously loved our stay at Frank's property. Just about 20 minutes from downtown Lodi, tons of wine tasting, and town amenities, you still feel so secluded out on the property. It's the perfect combo of serene nature, and easy car camping with amenities. Besides full RV hookups, there's several beautiful tent sites, and even a flush toilet.

Frank was amazing host, and he's built a beautiful property here for you to escape to. He provided us with a map to local wineries, and we had a great time driving around wine tasting. There was even dry firewood provided for a fun campfire in the fire pit.

The property has all sorts of gorgeous plants, including a few beautiful lemon trees! One of the lush tent spots. The small building near Frank's house is a flush toilet, so even if you are just tent camping, you're camping in style!More tent spots, with water spigots. Seriously one of the nicest campsites you could stay at!

All I can say is this is pure heaven!!!!I should say this was my first hipcamp/RV experience and Frank made it AMAZING. He helped us hook up and provided the 50-30 amp converter for us. The river is right by, great for fishing and chillin if you have a raft or kayak. The serenity is just bliss....the spots are right in the winery. The flush toilet was awesome and a plus.
All of that is great but the best part was the host Frank. We had many great conversations that will be lasting in my memory and heart. He went out of his way to accommodate anything we needed and always made himself available for anything we needed. I felt 100% safe and secure on the property and cared for like family. In fact I truly feel like I gained a family on the delta.
This is truly a slice of heaven tucked away. There is even a great winery right next door! I would recommend this place to anyone, and will DEFINITELY be returning!
Thank you Frank & Family!

This was our first Hipcamp experience, and it was great! I was unsure, as the host’s home was nearby. But once we settled in, I never noticed the house again. It was a beautiful area, we took a 10 minute drive to the nature perserve, and had some nice family time. We played washers with the other couple who were setup nearby and enjoyed a campfire at night. It was a great get away, close to home.

Frank and his wife were very entertaining hosts. Frank met us on arrival and helped us pick a spot even nicer than what we signed up for. There was something for each of us. Our dog got to swim in the river, my husband got long walks on the levee, and I got to stroll through the vineyard. Just down the road we got to visit a winery and see the visitors center for the nature preserve that backs up to Frank’s property. Hope we have more time to spend next trip to put our kayak in the river and maybe catch some fish.

We recently stayed two nights at Delta's Wine Country. Frank met us right away and helped us get comfortable. The next day we hosted a cook-out brunch for some local family members and Frank could not have been more supportive and congenial to everyone.

We really enjoyed or stay!

Frank is the nicest host. He helped us every step of the way and gave great recommendations of things to do in the area. He offered adapters for us if we did not have the 30 to 50 amp connection and there was no rush when it was time to check out. It is a beautiful area that he has and you never once feel like the other campers are in your personal space. 5/5
