Pitch your tent in our Salt Cedar Grove for a private camping experience. Enjoy a shade canopy during that day that allows you to view the stars at night. Explore the 15 miles of dry Cuyama River bottom, nearby Soda Lake or Sacred Mount Pinos. Chumash story time around the campfire is a treat.

We offer cool plunge tubs for hot summer days.

This site offers the privacy of being nestled in the Salt Cedar Grove, your own BBQ and a unique view of the mountains. Upgrade to the large tipi for a double bed.

Forget anything? We have sleeping bags, air mattresses and blankets available for a small laundry fee. Single burner camp stove and a basket of cooking utensils is available for a small butane and clean up fee.

At the top of the property you can visit with our free ranch chickens or check out the painted desert sheep family. Our ranch dogs are very friendly and love to welcome new campers.

The site was bleak and open, dry, no shade. Host had several days of stubble, strange demeanor, my wife was uneasy so we decided not to stay, accepting that we would not get a refund. We went to Aliso Park (Los Padres National Forest) for a nice, shady, cool camp.
