Foothill Sanctuary Camping
We had a great stay at Gaiatree Farm! The place is beautiful and we loved it. The camping spot is tucked away below a small hill so we had a lot of privacy. The warm, well-lit kitchen was much appreciated on the post-Daylight Savings November evenings, and there are also nice bathrooms, a yurt to spend time in (we didn’t light the wood stove but it would be really cozy in there with it lit!), a pond with a canoe, and hiking right out the back of the farm on BLM land. The main trail is short and easy to take but still brings you up to the top of a mountain with amazing 360 views of farms and mountains. So beautiful and a great way to spend the afternoon (plus the sunset from up there is amazing). Melissa and everyone we met on the farm were incredibly nice. Would love to come back here!
