We are dog-friendly to friendly dogs. I have 2 Golden Retrievers, and they will share your camping area. They are well socialized, and like other dogs.

Not really a farm..but a backyard.

It was okay... but not worth the money. My family and I had a decent stay at the farm... except it’s not really a “farm”. This place is in her backyard, within eye keeping distance from her house. It was kind of uncomfortable seeing her walk in and out of her house.. not that private at all. The animals are goats and chickens. The goats were sweet and the chickens made noise all through the night.
When we cooked meat, wasps would swarm around the grill and on our food. Carol has traps, but of course some still swarm. In her property right next to the tipi is unoccupied so it’s an open space with brush and rocks. Rattlesnake haven. We had to kill one rattlesnake due to it sneaking up on our tipi and we had a baby with us. The dogs were friendly, but they begged us for our food and chewed all of our things while we were gone if we left anything out. Once they opened the tipi and got my hair ties. They bring what they find to Carol and Carol brought them to us.

Beware of tarantula hawks! This big insect with orange wings has the most painful sting in the world and my family and I saw three during our four day stay. That was very unsettling. I was on constant lookout.

The heat in the tipi is miserable on hot days. During our stay, temperatures were up to 100 degrees and in the tipi there was no fan. So we went into town to buy one and blow hot air out. There is a cold shower so that kept us cool in the late afternoon. But as soon as we woke up, it was already 90 degrees.

Overall, the amenities such as the outhouse with a flush toilet and shower were very nice. The tipi was a let down and bugs would’ve stayed out more with a regular tent due to the opening in the top of the tipi. It was too hot to enjoy our stay. I would not come back and I was really let down.

Carol was a great host and offered to let us milk her goats and showed us her chickies with their eggs. Thank you Carol.

Full Circle Farm was an abosulte gem! My girlfriend and I enjoyed the animals and very private tipi. Carol was very accommodating and friendly! Seriously a unique and unforgettable trip! Make sure to bring pillows and blankets. The tipi has a lot of space for them! The farm is also very close to yomsemite and Sierra national parks. We will be back!

My 30 year old daughter and I stayed at the farm for 2 nights this last week. We also brought my dog. Carol was very responsive to my texts before we arrived, and she was welcoming and very helpful upon arrival and through our stay. The site is really beautiful and very much what she states it to be. The outhouse is super cute, clean, and the shower, even though it's not heated, was perfect. It gets really hot there (no campfires right now since the fire danger is very high), but, after it cools down at night, it was comfortable in the Teepee. The coyotes at night are beautiful to hear, the roosters at 4:30, were fun too - if you stay on a farm, you should like animals and expect farm noises - goats, etc. The screech owl was amazing and the donkeys next door are hysterical. Her dogs are adorable and got along well with my dog. Bubba really does search for things to steal, so, be vigilent, but he and the other dog, Katie, are really sweet. Bring bug spray, a flashlight or lantern, and a good, insulated cooler with lots of ice -if you're making your own food. If you're going to Yosemite, make sure you've made reservations (there were 3 cars in front of us that didn't ... no reservations = no entry into the park during Covid19 restrictions), and also plan for 1.5 hours to get to the Yosemite Valley floor. I highly recommended this campsite, I would definitely stay here again, and really appreciated Carol's efforts to provide a comfortable and unique experience.

This site was so amazing, and we were so lucky that we managed to snag it for our girlfriends' getaway! Carol has put so much thought and care into these grounds and in her interaction with her guests.

The site had all we wanted, plus more than what we expected!
-Tipi is super spacious and so beautifully adorned. Carol let us use her two cots, plus we set up a third, and we still had room for at least one more! Also, there was an electrical outlet that we could've used to charge our devices if we had thought to bring chargers. :)
-Picnic table, chairs, firepit, and BBQ were well-maintained and incredibly useful. Carol was generous in providing propane for us.
-The "outhouse" is actually a beautiful, cabin-chic, luxury bathroom. The design of having a showerhead outside with privacy screens is ingenious!
-Carol had all these great touches to the site: providing a tablecloth for us, signs pointing the way, and solar powered lights/lanterns. (Pro Tip: Hang one of the lightweight, plastic lanterns from a tree branch above the picnic table to give yourself some illumination at night!)

We really loved interacting with the animals on site, including the beautiful golden retrievers and goats! Bass Lake was an easy 30-40 minute drive away, and it was a great place to spend a hot day. If we had more time, we would've loved to check out the thrift stores and divey bars around town, plus spend more time with the animals.

This is a working farm surrounded by other farms and countryside, so be aware that you're going to hear animal sounds starting with the roosters at 4:30am and ending with the coyotes at midnight! Also, be mindful of the weather forecast during your stay. We came to this site fully knowing what to expect, so we weren't bothered by the noises or the heat. The braying of the nearby donkeys and the screaming of the neighbor's goats were pretty hilarious! Lastly, we were very fortunate to have minimal bugs during our stay, but Carol mentioned that there have been cycles of meat bees and other pests. She does her best in keeping them at bay with traps set up around the campsite.

Overall, Full Circle Farm was an amazing spot for glamping, and we can't wait to come back! Carol is the ideal hostess: kind, accommodating, genuine. She does an amazing job running the farm and hosting on HipCamp, and is pretty much who I want to be when I grow up. I can't recommend this place enough!

We loved staying here! Carol the host was super responsive and friendly and met us upon arrival. She let us use her golf cart to transport our stuff to the campsite which was super helpful. Her property is so beautiful and we loved getting to explore and hang out with all of her farm animals. We spent a lot of time watching the baby goats play and hanging out with her two friendly pups. The campsite had everything that we needed: table, chairs, BBQ, firepit, super nice "outhouse," and a really beautiful tipi to sleep in. This is a really great place to get away from city living and enjoy a bit of the farm life. Carol even has fresh farm eggs for sale if you want to take some of the farm home with you. I would definitely recommend staying here (just remember your earplugs if you are a light sleeper since sleeping on a farm can be noisy).

The beautiful tipi you get to sleep in! The beautiful tipi you get to sleep in! Delicious breakfast. Sleeping on the Tipi.

The farm is incredibly beautiful and Carol is one of the most amazing hosts you'll ever meet. She was kind enough to lend us blankets when we were woefully unprepared for the trip, and then treated us with a lot of playtime with her wonderful goats. She has 2 golden retrievers and they are a pure joy to play with. In addition she has a ton of chickens, with some of them free range on the property and you can check out the coops whenever you want.
Carol also made sure we had everything we needed for our barbecue during the night and treated us with some of her yummy goat milk icecream in the end. I will highly recommend a visit to full circle farm for anyone looking to get away from the cities, and the place is really close to Yosemite so it makes for a perfect weekend trip!

Amazing Experience! The farm, chickens and goats. If you have kids, this will surely amaze them. The Tipi, spacious, beautiful and safe. The host Carol will have everything for you. Gas grill, gas bonfire and wood bonfire if you prefer with free wood to burn. The area, about an hour to Yosemite National Park attraction and 30 minutes to Bass Lake. Two towns that are very close are Coarsegold and Oakhurst. The Host Carol, she is the best! She will have everything ready for you when you arrive. Loan you anything u don’t have. She is there to meet you and orient you with everything. The outhouse!! Your own private outhouse!! With flush toilet, running water, sink, shower and HAND TOWELS!

Overall our experience is positive and great. We will definitely be back and will recommend her place to everyone we know.

Thank you again Carol and be sfe always.

We arrived in the early evening and it was 100 degrees outside, so it was super hot. Carol showed us around and i quickly realized that I really didn't need any of the camping gear I had brought: grill, stove and fire pit was all there and even pots and pans etc.

The tipi is awesome and the kids (and I) loved sleeping in there. At night we would lay and just look out through the roof at the stars.

One thing I would say is that when Carol does offer you ear plus...there's a reason for that! There is a rooster/donkey and coyote party going on at night! And it's not just at dawn...it starts at like 2am. So do use the ear plugs, and if you're a light sleeper be ready to maybe use a sleep aid or, for what it's worth (you are camping after all), spend the night enjoying all nature sounds!

The dogs are the sweetest dogs ever but they will donjey try to get in your stuff. They do listen to you if you say a sharp NO though, so it's all good. One of them apparently does get into your stuff if you leave anything out so when we left for the day we put all shoes/clothes in our bags, pillows in the sleeping bags, food in bins...and then I put our big cooler right inside the tipi door, so he couldn't get in even if he did manage to open the door! So nothing "stolen" from us! :-)

The outdoor shower was a huge blessing in the heat, too. We all took several showers just to cool off and it was wonderful.

All in all we had a great time, we highly recommend staying at the Full Circle Farm!
