Three rivers is more of a small village than a town, where both the longtime and new residents are friendly and welcoming. Our hillside property covers 2.25 serene stepped acres located just 2 miles from the entrance to the Sequoia & Kings Canyon National Parks.  Five Fours camp is very easy to find. Our driveway spills directly out onto Sierra drive, the road leading through town and into the parks. You can hear the sounds of the river flowing across the street below.  Unfortunately, we don't have river access. My wife Elizabeth and I bought our home in 2015 after falling in love with the hillside log cabin and its fantastic mountain views! Our beloved dog Ruby was rescued shortly afterward and has been chasing the deer off the property ever since! We can still sometimes spot them on our property while she is napping. In addition to deer, we have seen turkeys, raven, hawks, fox, bob cats, coyotes and bear crossing an animal highway along our upper property line above both of the campsites. We built Quail hides (a bunch of branches tossed into a big pile) and they have prospered - we have many generations running around here so you are guaranteed a quail sighting! We also have hummingbird feeders and birdbaths to attract many drinkers and bathers; so there are many winged friends living on and around our place. Needless to say, we are animal friendly and don't charge extra for you to bring your dog(s) for the night. Our dog Ruby, a Black Mouth Cur, loves people and animals large and small and looks forward to meeting you and yours! This listing is for the lower, more shady Corral campsite. The outdoor shower - almost complete - is located on this level. This campsite comes provided with: running cold water from a hose spigot; a large hand built picnic table; propane BBQ & BBQ cooking utensils; and a covered garbage can. The site is designed for a maximum of 4 people.

Brewster & Elizabeth are incredible hosts! They're super kind and caring and make sure you have everything you need! The bathroom next to the sites has running water and there is also a propane grill with a side burner to boil water or make any meals. The view from the campsite itself is beautiful and you can even hear the river down in the canyon below which made it very easy to get some rest. Their address was very easy to find & I would absolutely stay with them again!

Hi Taylor, Thank you for such a great review! You were our 1st hipcamper and it sure was a pleasure hosting you! Taylor moved to our upper bunkhouse campsite that has fantastic mountain views! So he was commenting on the great views from that campsite. This lower Corral campsite has more trees all around it, so it provides more shade; but has less clear mountain views.
