Learn more about this land: Note. Campers must have self-contained vehicles/units as we have no bathroom on campsite. Family and dog friendly.  Shady area alongside tiny creek on our 5 acre homestead with willow trees, picnic table. Ride your bike or walk 1/2 mile to 80 acre park with swimming hole, playground, disc golf, trails, dog park and more. Short drive to the popular communities of Grass Valley and Nevada City and many recreational possibilities such as the bigger lakes in the area for fishing and boating.  Our town (Penn Valley) is just a couple miles away.... a sweet, small Sierra foothill community.  Wonderful store (Holiday Market - with lots of health food choices) nearby as well as laundromat, restaurants, wineries, bars, gift shops and post office. Dogs allowed but they must be penned or on leash due to our free-roaming chickens and other livestock.

      Family Friendly Country Campsite
      Great private spot. With all hookups. Owners are super sweet, very helpful and welcoming. This place is close to town, rivers. Museums in grass valley and Nevada city just up the hill, 10 minute drive as well as rough and ready. Highly recommend checking this place for your next hip camp adventure.

      Very nice tranquil and quiet place. Its very close to town, rivers, lakes, parks, museum's up the hill in Grass valley and Nevada city. Sharon and Tom are very sweet and keep the qrounds picture perfect. They are very helpful if you should need something. I had a dead battery when time to close up they were very helpful. Not to mention my 38ft fifth wheel was tough to get in. It made it but it wasnt going back out the same way. Tom and the Blankenships were so nice they took their fence down so it was a straight shot out. Thank you so much. When i downsize I'll definitely be back. If your a local with an Rv and want a change of scenery this is the place to be. Thank you so much

      Family Friendly Country Campsite
      Love this place, Sharon and Tom are very sweet. The place is very tranquil and quiet. Close to town. Even if your locals and have a small Rv this is definitely a place to get away from daily stress. Its close to stores, parks, rivers, museum's up the hill in Grass valley and Nevada city. You'll love staying here. I know I'll definitely be back. Thank you again Sharon and Tom.

      Family Friendly Country Campsite
      Wonderful spot, very peaceful. Right in town. Water hookups and nice table right along a stream. It was very relaxing. Ill deffinatlly be back. I do have a 38ft fifth wheel and it took some dancing around to get in there. If you have a 35ft or shorter no problem. But tom worked great with the tow driver and got it in. Ty so much for the wonderful stay.

      Wonderful! Stay our hosts were so attentive and kind. The camping spot under the willow tree was great and their horse is adorable. We walked to the local park where we swam and played bocce ball!
