If you stayed here and have some insider info for us, let us know!
Daniela was amazing. I loved meeting her and her animals. Daniela and her family take such good care of the property and the animals. I could not have asked for a more relaxing and fun camping experience.
Daniela and her daughter were super helpful and hospitable during our stay. The 6 of us (3 kids included) enjoyed the opportunity to camp under the stars and meet the animals on the ranch! Thanks Daniela!
DON'T STAY HERE! Just stay in a State campground. This is just camping in someone's backyard. There are no picnic tables. The one toilet and shower are located 200 yards away down an embankment. They're shared with other accommodations and feels like you're walking through someone's apartment to get there. In fact we were locked out of the toilet in the morning. There was a film crew shooting a film until past 3:30am, lighting up the hillside with floodlights, shouting, cars driving by. Not what you expect when you're trying to escape to "nature". Host was not initially helpful when complaints were made, alternately stating she didn't know the filming was going to happen or that she did, but thought it would be far enough away not to bother us. But worst of all was the swarms of flies that descend on you during sunlight hours. The flies were out of control and I can only contribute them to the presence of so much livestock nearby. The only escape was building a fire and staying near the smoke. Don't waste your $$ on this place.
