Located next to; The Antelope Valley Indian Museum State Historic Park is a state historic park of California, USA, interpreting Native American cultures of the Great Basin and surrounding regions Population a couple of miles away. No restrooms showers on property. Totally natural. Safety first. Since I haven’t camped out there myself, my recommendation to always put safety first. Meaning make sure personal safety, belongings etc are either in a RV or trailer which can be parked on the side of the road in front.

Contact the host first to clarify directions. There's an address and coordinates to where the property ends. Both ends are completely different. The address leads to an empty property on an intersection of the main streets. This might not be ideal for those who want privacy. However, if you follow to where the coordinates are instead of the address provided, there's more privacy there. I do think it's more appropriate for van/car camping since there are thistles and tumbleweeds all over the ground that would most likely not be appropriate for tents. Again, it's a great spot if you want to sleep in your car or van! It's a beautiful area next to desert mountains and rocks. Be mindful of snakes and rodents. It's truly primitive. The stars are bright and beautiful at night. Ideal for stargazing.

desert pocLots of thistles and joshua trees but be mindful where you step. There are many holes (possibly snakes and/or rodents). Good for van/car camping.desert
