This restored 1973 Airstream is a 31-foot luxurious rustic getaway set back in a scenic canyon a 40-acre farm. Outdoor deck seating and fire pit offer a sweet view, fresh air and stars. Indoor faux fireplace and colorful LED lighting sets a fun and cozy space.
Disconnect and enjoy the campfire, stars, and fresh air. Only 5 min from town.
Enjoy a walk around the farm to view the garden and animals (please do not touch the animals without assistance.) Fire pit with wood available for $5 a bundle. We also have ice available for $7 a bag. Trash, cleaning supplies, and basic kitchen supplies are available.
There is an abundance of great hiking trails and bike routes here on the Central Coast. A few beaches are very close, as well as a hot spring. The area around us is known for great wine. There is a location in Lompoc called the Wine Ghetto which is a collection of wineries, tasting rooms, and wine cellars from vineyards in the Santa Rita Hills. There is a great local coffee shop in town for WIfi as well. A guide to the local area is provided in the camper for suggestions on restaurants, bars, local attractions and activities.
No Wi-fi available. Limited cell phone service. We are a working farm. Every day at 8:00 work begins on the farm, and although we do not often use heavy equipment and tractors, there are cars coming on going as well as dogs barking.

The vibe at Stella, '73 Vintage Airstream
If you stayed here and have some insider info for us, let us know!
This spot is SO SWEET! Not only is the property beautiful, this airstream is, in a word, magical. Jeremy and his wife have renovated, decorated and outfitted this camper to absolute perfection. They have thought of every detail there is and I absolutely loved the decor in it. Make sure when you stay to check out South Side Coffee Co. in Lompoc, they have really good pastries! Thanks so much Jeremy for hosting me, it was a pleasure meeting you and photographing the airstream. I will 100% be coming back to stay again!
My family and I had a great time! Jeremy was incredibly friendly, and we loved seeing the chickens, goats, ducks and dogs! The airstream was warm and comfortable- it had everything we needed. Would love to stay again!
My sister and I absolutely loved staying at Dare 2 Dream Farms in the Stella Airstream! It was so clean and beautiful and tucked away. Perfect definition of glamping. Surrounded by dreaming eucalyptus trees and an amazing chicken farm! There's even a farmers stand with their goods that they sell! It couldn't get much better. It's also about 15 minutes away from the beach so being able to catch the sunset on the coast was special as well. Jeremy was super responsive and had great advice on places to eat or grab groceries too :)
This airstream has a comfy and cozy feel inside and outside the entire thing. It included everything needed from dishes for a meal to a beautiful location that felt extremely privite. Overall the experience was next to none and would highly be recommended to others.
We really enjoyed our stay at Dare 2 Dream Farms. The airstream was spacious and very nicely refurbished. We especially appreciated that the kitchen was well equipped and that we were able to cook breakfast on the stove every morning (great when you’ve been traveling for a few weeks as we had). We bought eggs from the farm stand, and they were delicious. In addition, there were lots of great recommendations for things to do and places to visit in the area. Among our favorites was a wine tasting at Liquid Farm. Brian was a delight! We also loved the drive to Jalama Beach and the excellent burgers at the small café there. All in all we strongly recommend a visit!
PS. Be advised that the farm dogs roam the grounds and will come visit you when you hang outside the airstream. We love dogs, and they were very friendly, so not at all a problem for us. However, some people might feel differently.
My boyfriend and I stayed here while we were taking a road trip up the coast. We loved it. It was a perfect alternative to camping without having to bring supplies. We had read another review that said the beach was only 15 min away to watch the sunset. We ended up watching from behind a fence because the beach was closed. Maybe do a little more research to find out if there is an open area if you’re planning on watching the sunset on the beach. Our stay was great though. Close to everything, but far enough to stargaze at night. I’ve already sent the link to Stella to one of my friends.
The airstream was so much fun. There's practically everything you could want. A bbq, hot shower, deck seating, plus a couple sweet resident dogs to keep you company drinking beer around the fire pit. The airstream itself has been totally redone with the cutest decor with little touches like the neon light cactus, throw blankets through out, the wood paneling, the ceramic hen with the copper lights, outdoor string lights. We sat up late around the table inside playing skipbo (there's a few drawers filled with games) next to a faux fireplace heater. Jeremy was a great host and has stocked the place with cooking utensils, towels, water, even a coffee maker. You are close to the chicken coop but after tent camping for a few days prior to our stay here the bed was so comfy we could have slept thru anything. There's a small farm stand at the entrance of the property and the whole place has an organic working farm vibe. Very relaxing and absolutely recommend.
