My boyfriend and I booked a one night stay in the Vintage Trailer, and were pleasantly surprised to say the least! Jami was very accommodating and quick to reply to our texts. The trailer is nestled in a little cove not far from the cabin. There is an outdoor seating area consisting of 2 chairs and a stump which create a little forest nook perfect for enjoying a drink or a morning breakfast. The trailer itself provides the basics (stove, bed, table, lights) and kept us plenty warm on a 30 degree night. Since there was nobody staying in the main cabin, we were able to hang out on the deck, play some darts on the outdoor dart board, and use the hot tub. Creekside hot tub, anyone? If enjoying the sound of the flowing creek while stargazing in a hot tub isn't your thing, you better figure yourself out. Overall, this is a beautiful property in an peaceful little area. Years ago, we missed the turn on HWY 38 heading up the mountain to Big Bear, and stumbled upon Forest Falls. We later drove through again to check out Big Falls (must do!), and when we saw this rental, we had to give it a shot. Thanks again, Jami!
Really loved our stay in the trailer. Jami was very welcoming and accommodating, showed us the property and gave us recommendations about the area. The trailer was really cute and cozy, we slept really well. It is tucked between the trees so it's very private. Also Jami welcomed us to use the kitchen, bathroom and hot tub in her cabin which was very nice.
We really enjoyed our stay so we'll probably be back soon :)
The trailer is in a wonderfully quaint little town and it was beautiful and cozy! My boyfriend and I went to celebrate our anniversary and our host Jami was so accommodating and allowed us to use parts of her cabin along with the trailer. She was incredibly nice and gave us some good recommendations while giving us our privacy. Watching the stars at night in the hot tub and the nearby creek to cozying up inside the cozy trailer under the brisk cold air was the perfect trip my boyfriend and I had much needed! Super close to the waterfall and all you could ask for! I would definitely recommend visiting here!
Had a great time! Would definitely be back. There wasn't anyone staying in the cabin which was perfect because the bathroom is in the cabin. I think it might have been different had people been staying there. Jami has set up the cutest little spot!
Jami's backyard trailer was a cozy rustic retreat for a quick weekend out in the mountains. The surrounding location is beautiful with easily accessible hikes right in town. Access to the hot tub was a perfect end to a long day out and made an end to our 2-night trip awesome. The bathroom and running water are in the main cabin, but Jami made sure to make us feel welcome and comfortable using both during the entire stay. We also stayed in December and the trailer was perfectly warm.
Staying here was an absolute dream! Jamie was extremely friendly and welcoming, and could not have been a better host. My friends and I had everything we needed in this cute trailer, and the hot tub was a total plus. Definitely recommend to anyone wanting to get out of town for a weekend getaway, will definitely be back.
What an incredible place! Tucked at the top of Forest Falls, this spot is so special. Besides being beautiful, Jami was an incredible host who was so genuine, warm, and kind. We had a great time cooking in the trailer as well as using the hot tub. It snowed overnight too! Overall, a terrific escape and someplace we hope to come back to soon. Thank you!
