Small/private room in a bungalow

Very private Small cozy room with a separate enteance on the back of a bunglow equipped with a bunkbed. Located in a middle class area and very safe. Which is10 away from USC, DTLA, 15 to Santa Monica/Venice Beach.20 min to Beverly Hills, 20 min to Griffith Park(Ronyon Canyon Hike, Observetory Hike and any more hiking trailers. Perfect for 2 people or solo travellers who are visiting LA and want to save money on expensive hotels. There is no kitchen but there is mini fridge and microwave available in the room. Sheets/blanket, towels, shampoo available.  The bathroom/shower is only few steps away from the room.Laundry available for extra charge.  There is a very friendly dog lives on the property. She might greed you with a bone or a toy. She is not teritorial at al and loves to welcome new guests and strangers. No parties  or visitors allowed. No loud talking between 10pm-7am  no smoking. No knocking at neighbors doors or hanging outside in front of their homes.
