Stay at Lucas’ property was awesome! He is such a great host and really made us feel welcome and taken care of. He really thought about creating a great hipcamp experience and anticipated all of our needs in setting us up a great campsite for the night. His property is lush with life and situated atop a mountain with beautiful views- absolutely spectacular!! He recommended a great short hike for us to view Mt Shasta and we made it in time for an epic sunset with the huge mountain and surrounding valley area. We will be back! Thank you Luke for being a phenomenal host!
The property was a lovely retreat from the busy crowds that can sometimes be overwhelming in the Shasta area during summer. We camped in the orchard and it was quiet and peaceful, lots of deer hanging around too. There is a flush toilet in the main house, but the hosts also had recently built a pit toilet closer to the orchard which was a huge convenience. My friend and I took a walk on the private loop trail with our morning cup of tea. Beautiful wildflowers and views along the way.

Absolutely incredible! I can not recommend this place enough. I had the chance to camp in the vineyard and it was really amazing. I stayed an extra night as really enjoyed my stay. Many beautiful places to visit around , a perfect spot !
Luke is super friendly and happy to help with anything I needed. Hope to come back soon !

Lucas is a great host. His property is lovely and the camping site is spacious and well maintained. The outhouse was the cleanest outhouse I have ever seen. The pond is nice to take a dip in, and Lucas was helpful when our car battery died to provide us with a jump. I recommend this place for all campers.
Nice and private. Perfect for what we needed, a place to land after exploring all the nearby waterfalls and state parks.

My first Hip csmp was. Great experience! Lucas was awezime, friendly and helpful. Great facilities and views. I highly recommend.
This site is amazing! Lucas was a wonderful host who helped out with anything we needed. The campsite was very remote and we didn’t see anyone our entire stay. Wildlife on this property is beautiful! The apple orchards and vineyards attract lots of deer and other animals that are nice to spot. We will definitely be coming back.
