This listing is a 28 foot trailer with attached screen porch.  Has a queen size private bedroom, the front room has a fold out couch to sleep up to 2 more (good for the kids who need to be close to mom and dad).   It's creekside, in the shade, with the communal outdoor kitchen, shower room and bathroom adjacent. In the screen porch, there's a full size futon and space for up to two more air beds.  So all in, it can sleep up to 8 adults and/or kids.  We also have cots and foam mats and sleeping bags we can help out with.
