There is a picnic table and fire pit on every camp site. We also offer a porta potty on site that is cleaned and serviced weekly as well as a cold shower at your disposal. Our water in Cottonwood is said to be the purest and most delicious water you will find in California. Our property borders BLM land so you are approx. 5-minute walk to getting away from it all to start trodding into some seriously beautiful backcountry full of wide trails, abundant water and wildlife.

This was a great place to pull of for a night near Redding. I was greeted by the host and his puppy Nala, and got to experience him building the picnic table shown in these photos. Overall the site whereas it doesn't have a bathroom, is accompanied by a fire pit and nice plot for a tent. It also has quick access to BLM land and Redding if needed. Would definitely suggest if needing an easy place to stay for the night!
