Built out of brick, our cabin is on Hilton Creek for your enjoyment of all four seasons. Surrounded by pure rushing water and a quaking aspen glade, this Eastern Sierra location borders on magical.

This rustic cabin, orginally just a one-room sleeping cabin, has been upgraded into a fully functional modern tiny home. Everything is on a miniature scale and included is a kitchen, bathroom, living area and bedroom with a full-sized bed. Free WiFi -  delivered via fiber optic cable.

Our native aspen forest can be enjoyed through various outdoor areas, picnic table, grilling area, covered shed, bridges, paths and so much more to be explored further upstream.

In the winters, we provide firewood. Please note that you are expected to leave the cabin and kitchen area as you found it, i.e., dishes washed thoroughly and dried and put away. If trash becomes an issue just let us know as we have a lot of critters to be aware of. The kitchen has pots/pans, dishes, glassware, utensils, propane bbq, wash up sink, microwave, oven, mini-fridge, counters, cutting boards, coffee maker, etc.

Hilton Creek, our source of water 24-7, runs through our backyard in three separate branches. Past the creeks are trails leading into public lands, native American grinding rocks, and a neighborhood trail network that remains hidden to almost all visitors to the area. Our creeks are fed by 12 lakes that you can hike to from the cabin. Within minutes (by car), there are natural hot springs for soaking.

The cabin sits at 7,100 feet and experiences all four seasons. Winters can be tough and for that reason we are here to support guests by helping out with fires or with snow removal.

We are a 15-20 minute drive to Mammoth Lakes and Mammoth Mountain along a straight 4 lane highway, and if you prefer to drop down in elevation the City of Bishop is about 1/2 hour away. Consider the Hilton Creek Cabin as your home base in the Eastern Sierra.

Thanks to John and Isabel for a wonderful stay. The cabin was gorgeous, and whilst you may be surprised to find it in a residential area as soon as you get into the cabin you feel like you're miles away from the rest of the world. The veranda overlooking the stream was lovely and the wood burning stove really made the stay even more enjoyable. Definitely recommend!

What a pleasant stay at the Creekside! John and Isabelle were very kind hosts and the cabin couldn’t have been more perfect. The sound of the roaring Creek put us fast to sleep every night and the cabin comes with everything you need from books to games. I highly recommend this location with so much to explore in the nearby areas!
