A super welcoming experience. This spot is on a lovely farm property that’s easy to find and fun to explore. The tent itself has all the amenities you’d want for a comfortable stay. Bathroom and shower setup is super nice, too. A+!

Ruth was an incredibly gracious host and will be happy to show you around her 10 acre farm. You’ll see her name on the room spray bottle in the bathroom as well as other wonderful holistic goods she makes from scratch.

If you love organic delicious produce this is especially the place for you. There’s a farm stand a quick walk from your tent and an outdoor kitchen even closer to cook them up in. Ruth might even cook you a delicious breakfast if you ask! During our stay we picked up some fresh garlic, persimmons, peppers, pumpkin, pomegranate and more. There’s an on site yoga studio here available to Hipcamp campers for self guided meditations or yoga.

The glamping accommodations are very nice in the Paraiso tent, there’s even carpeting and antique furniture inside. The separate bathroom and shower structure is very nice, they look newly built with rustic charm. Overall this is a really awesome place to stay! Thanks so much Ruth!

Such an amazing place!! The tent was cozy (especially the bed) and the kitchen and bath house was EXCEPTIONAL! Not to mention we got to take in all the lovely sounds and sights that come along with an organic farm! We will be back soon Ruth!!

Response from Ruth, the Host, on May 13th, 2020

We were so pleased to have Blair stay here in our Paraiso site. We are only hosting one tent at a time so it's very isolated and safe. The tent, kitchen and bath house are all by themselves so campers don't have any interaction with others. Thanks to Blair for coming and staying with us. Hope you will return when things begin to open up.

We had a decent stay here. In their defense, we booked it super last minute, but upon arrival she was unaware that we were coming, and there was another full family booked right next to us, although we were expecting it to be private. Also, there was an issue with electricity. However, in her defense, she was probably not prepared since we booked so late, and she was very apologetic and wanted to fix the situation. The place seemed nice, good tent and bed, and the bathroom seemed really nice. I'm sure our stay would have been better had she been aware of our arrival and prepared for us. Pretty place with lots of critters around!

Peacedul, rustic, if your ready for the country, then its time to go. Short drive to Arroyo Grande which has plenty of food options. Place is fully prepped for doing it yourself..cooking, washing, etc. Two thums up..I had my 9 year old with me and he loved it as well.

Ruth was an incredible host. Farm fresh organic eggs in the morning... Ruth feeds her chickens the roots of her greens and she told us that they are “very happy ladies.” The tent was an adorable glamping experience and the kitchen is my dream kitchen!!!! Same with the laundry room. I want to live there. It was my 21st bday quarantine style! Loved it.
