Were the campsites at Joshua Tree National Park totally full? Not sure where to set up camp? We've got just the space for you!

Located only 15 minutes from the entrance of JTNP and only 6 min. from Joshua Tree Village, Boulder's Hideaway is in very close proximity for you to drive in and unload your vehicle, and quickly set up camp. Our 20 acre property is spacious and isolated, insuring that it will not ever be overcrowded with other campers. The boulders and many Joshua Trees on the property make it feel just like camping in the national park, even though it is actually conveniently located to town.

-

Boulder’s Hideaway is located very close to the JT Village, multiple shopping centers, and the national park-- so it's close by to anything you'll need to stock up on for a comfortable stay. Please keep in mind there is NO SPECIFIC ADDRESS for our rural property, so you will not be able to locate it without the thorough directions that we will send you. (: It's a dirt road that has been graded for most standard vehicles, and our guests usually get to our place with no issues.

-

We will reach out before you arrive to Joshua Tree with check-in information, detailed directions, and pre-arrival notes so you know how to find us & how to prepare for your stay. We typically utilize a self check-in process; however, we do keep all check-in information secure until shortly before your arrival for the safety of our property and guests. If you have a concern about your access to internet connection or cell service during your transport here, please make a special request to receive the information at least 24 hours before you plan to depart for Joshua Tree.

-

If a simple desert getaway is what you have been looking for, then you've found your spot. Please bring all of your own camping gear, tent, sleeping bags, cold food storage, and food. We'll make sure that you have 6 gallons of water, a small picnic table, a firepit, and that you leave feeling on top of the world (some bouldering and scrambling may be required).

-

NOTE: Each campsite has a maximum of TWO parking spots available. Additional parking may available; only with prior approval and an additional charge per vehicle may apply.

-

Please note that any photography, film or video for commercial, professional or student use NOT permitted on the premises, unless you have exclusively received prior approval and permission from property management. NOTE: This permission includes specifics of the project and a contract with special insurance may be required.
-
Management reserves the right to terminate any booking or stay, should it be discovered if that our photography policy is violated.
-
Our space was designed and pieced together with our guests' creative outlets in mind and we want to you take photos & videos of your experience. We ask that if you shoot anything for personal use, please share it with us, give us a shoutout, and tag us on social media to give us credit for the space and community we are cultivating.
-

In addition, the property is available for roaming and exploring. However, keep in mind that other campers and guests will be staying on the property and they chose Boulder's Hideaway for the solitude as well- respect is mutual! Please always stay within the borders of the clearly marked dirt road and do not go beyond the top of the hill behind the cabin. Keep in mind: the desert is hot and has evolved to protect itself! Don't go anywhere without water and watch out for spiky cacti!

We had an awesome time at Boulder's Hideaway! Very similar to tent camping in the park, but with more space and privacy. Brooke and Kyle met us to show us around the property and made sure we had everything we needed. Would love to come back!!!

This campsite was amazing!!! Super close to the national park, but more private. Brooke’s directions were easy to follow, even in the dark. There were tons of cool cacti and Joshua trees around the site. It was exactly what we were looking for!

This campsite is perfect! Its nicely on its own from the other sites and has plenty of space. You feel like you’re way out in the wilderness but are still very close to town. Would definitely recommend/ come back!
