*** Make sure you read this listing and information in full. This is not glamping. We are a working family farm who also have full time jobs apart from offering camping. We are sharing our home with you. Please be respectful and keep that in mind. The price reflects this. We are not a resort but we offer privacy, space and an intimate experience that you cannot find in a normal campground where you are 10 feet from your neighbors. We have a great location close to Temecula Wine Country and other tourist attractions but we are far away from the noise of tourism. If you want to be in the middle of "everything" that's not us but we are close to everything and offer respite from the noise/ hustle and bustle. ****

Play with baby goats, eat fresh eggs and enjoy the amazing views! You are on top of a hill on 11 acres in the high desert bordered by mountains in this beautiful valley. You can see the sunrise over the mountains and the sunsets are usually spectacular! In the morning around 7:00am you can see hot air balloons lift off from the wineries in Temecula Valley.

Enjoy watching the sunset from our hot tub! This is by far the most popular attraction besides the baby goats. The hot tub is chlorinated.

We have RV hookups on the hill overlooking the valley facing west. This includes water, electric (30 amps) and sewer. Beautiful sunsets and less than 15 minutes from wine country in Temecula!

Find us on Face Book or our website to see events happening in the area. Just search for Bierbaum Pepper Farm.

You can hear my roosters crow in the morning (and at night, roosters have no respect for quiet time) and our Nigerian Dwarf Goats beg for treats and attention. You are welcome to play with the baby goats and chicks (when we have them) when we show you around. I have treats you can give the goats and get pictures with them.

You can purchase Organic Farm Fresh eggs that we sell $4/dozen.

We also have firewood, ice, charcoal and other items if you forget these. We are 25 minutes away from any stores.

It is so quiet you can hear the crows wings flapping as they fly by. You will see field mice, rabbits, squirrels, road runners, small lizards and other desert animals.

We are less than 15 minutes away from Temecula Wine Country with over 50 wineries in the area. We can tell you which are dog friendly as we go to those often.

Lake Skinner and French Valley Preserve are 15 minutes away.

Diamond Valley Lake is 30 minutes away and is a great hike to see desert wild flowers. It is famous for the Super Bloom that you could see from space! I highly suggest you Google it.

We have portable fire pits that you can take back to your campsite IF there is no wind and IF there are no local fire bans in effect. There is a charcoal BBQ grill in the common area that is available. Bring your own charcoal or purchase a bag from us. DO NOT use firewood in the charcoal grill.

We have a common area/garden where you can sit with a beer or watch the sunrise with coffee. We also have a drinking/water fountain and charging station in the common area. The charging station has 2 outlets and 6 USB plugs. WiFI is available in the common area but does not extend to the campsites.

Keep in mind that the price reflects the amenities here. We are in wine country and charging $49/night. A room out here is no less than $200/night and there are other Hipcamps in the area between $60-$160/night. This is for the camper that doesn't need or want amenities. It's undeveloped land. You can explore the property as you want. 11 acres is a lot room to roam around in. We are happy to share this with you and your fur babies. We limit the number of sites so you can enjoy the property in peace and solitude.

We have just installed a solar shower! The temperature of the water depends on how much sun we get that day so early morning showers will be colder. Check the temperature of the water before stepping under because it can get very hot! Also realize the hot water is limited and it will take a couple hours before it will heat up again.

If you bring friends, make sure you give them the link to the listing so they know what to expect! This isn't glamping and if you sell it to them like it is then they will be disappointed, you will have a bad trip when they whine about it and it's not fair to us if they leave a bad review because they expected glamping when we are very straight forward about the amenities and what we offer.

We had a great experience at Bierbaum Pepper Farms. Super easy drive and the directions were spot on. Our host, Marcella and David were so helpful in every possible way. They go our of their way to make sure you have everything you need and more. Their site is a lovely 11 acre spread were we could watch the sun rise and set each day. It is quiet and very relaxing. The chickens and goats really add to the experience and the fresh eggs they sell are fabulous! I am looking forward to our return trip when some goat cheese and pepper spread may be available! Thanks again Marcella, you are a fantastic HIPCAMP host!

Beautiful sunrise.
You can see our fellow tent hip campers up on the hill. The sunsets were amazing!Sharon and our dog Beau enjoying the unobstructed 360 degree view. We saw lots of hot air balloons.Looks like this Rooster wants to go walk about....

Marcella and David were great hosts. Marcella greeted us when we got there, made sure we knew where everything was and showed us around, and made sure we had everything we needed. The property is gorgeous, quiet, and relaxing. Definitely will be back if we can.

The hosts were great and met us upon arrival to show us around the property.
They have chickens on the property so we had delicious fresh eggs in the morning.
Would recommend staying here!

David and Marcella were the most gracious hosts! They shared their precious brand new baby goats with us and even let us watch them ultrasound the expecting momma goat that had not yet birthed. They let our 14 year old fly his drone all over their property, and were so kind to us! It rained our entire trip, but the views out our RV window and our time together made it very memorable. I hope we can come back when the sun is out! This little valley is bursting with little micro farms and you can hear and see all kinds of small livestock from the ridge! Stay here! You won’t regret it!!

Very nice spot for camping with an RV or tent. Multuple sites so will invite our friends to come with next time. The hosts are nice and there if you need anything- even dog sitting if you want to go out to dinner or tour something. The RV site had water, sewer, electricity and Wifi. The kids loved the goats, chickens, solar shower, hot tub and just running around. We will def come back and wine tour some too at the local wineries

Hello fellow hipcampers, Bierbaum Pepper Farm is an amazing place to stay. Very peaceful and when the stars align the sunset is amazing. We stayed there with a 31ft 5th wheel trailer. Full hookups at one spot for trailers. Super close to our favorite winery’s. The hosts are extremely nice and they communicate very well. I cannot wait to come back again.

Marcella and her husband were both very kind, friendly and informative. They have us great ideas of things in the area to go so during the day. We ended up wine tasting in Temecula. The property was meticulously clean and well taken care of. Our kids loved playing the with goats and we loved having our fire pit with a view and incredible sunset.
