NO WOOD FIRES! YOU WILL BE KICKED OFF PROPERTY AND NOT REFUNDED MONEY IF YOU ARE CAUGHT USING ONE. CALIFORNIA IS HAVING ITS WORST FIRE SEASON EVER RECORDED. WE DO NOT SUPPLY PROPANE FIRE PITS OR PROPANE TANKS PLEASE BRING YOUR OWN, BE SAFE AND REMEMBER TO TURN OFF GAS. WE HOST AROUND 20 WEDDINGS/CONCERTS IN TOTAL MOSTLY ON SATURDAY/SUNDAY'S AND THE OCCASIONAL WEEK DAY FROM APRIL THROUGH NOVEMBER. ALL MUSIC ENDS AT 8pm AND GUEST LEAVE BY 8:05pm.

Pitch a tent or park your RV between the endless rows of almost 100 year old apple trees surrounded by oak tree covered hills. Enjoy the sounds of birds, the leaves in the breeze, or the frogs, crickets and owls at night. There is zero light pollution in our canyon so it's a star gazers dream when it gets dark out. No wood fires but propane fire pits and grills are totally welcome. We have a seasonal apple stand that has a plethora of goodies to sample or purchase which is a fun little bonus when you stay with us anywhere from September 1st through the end of November. We also hold weddings in our gorgeous gardens during Spring, Summer and Fall. If we don't have a private event going on you may feel free to grab a blanket, picnic basket or a book and spend a few hours lying on the grass in our gardens. Our canyon has a microclimate of its own so almost every day except a handful of days in the winter the weather is absolutely perfect. There is a quaint winery 30 seconds down the road from us with a great selection of wines and a flock of peacocks roaming around. We're about a 5 minute drive to the nearest beach (which happens to be our favorite in the area) with plenty of options for food and recreational activities. You are also a quick 10 minute drive to the best town in the nation, (Oprah said it not us) San Luis Obispo! We hope to see soon!

This is one of the best HipCamps we've stayed at! The weather was perfect and the location was in close proximity to Morro Bay (~25 mins), SLO (~10 mins) and Avila Beach (~5 mins). Jeremiah (Paul's son) made sure to make us feel super welcome. He had fresh eggs, honey, and apple cider waiting for us when we arrived along with a map of the property. He also got us set up with a propane fire pit since they don't allow wood fires. We loved checking the garden, the chickens, and the litter of kittens they happen to have during our stay. There were a couple other groups camping, but they were spread out enough that we still had our privacy. You can tell their family is super passionate about their land, the farm and love sharing it with new people. We'll defiantly be back! Thanks Jeremiah and family for a lovely stay!

What a magical place. We had a wonderful time camping in the apple orchard and walking through the amazing property. The family were all so friendly and helpful. I am so happy to have found this place. It is a treasure. Highlight for the boys were that they happened to have kittens at the time:) It was just a beautiful property and close to so much in the central coast. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Our family spent two wonderful nights nestled amongst the apple orchards in this little slice of paradise. The property has heart and warmth, just like the host family. We were made to feel so welcomed, safe and right at home. Highly recommend for anyone with or without children. P.s. ask about the “love tractor” ;)

The entire process of checking in was very streamlined, and Paul was incredibly friendly. The entire place was very clean, and everyone had their privacy. The location was great - secluded enough to feel like you’re away from civilization but also only a 15 minute drive to the city center or the beach.

The Beachside Farm Campground was absolutely fantastic. See Canyon is a gorgeous area surrounded by green tree-covered hills that block some of the morning fog. There's a good amount of privacy and the bathrooms on site are as nice as you could hope for while camping. The hosts were very nice and communication was quick and easy.

It's only 5 minutes into town and the beach. Be sure to drive up See Canyon Road for one of the best views in California.

We LOVED camping at Beachside Farm Campground. The hosts were so kind and welcoming and inspiring. We loved listening to the owls at night, playing with the kittens and cats, tasting fresh-pressed apple juice, talking with Ma Kenny, picnicking in the orchard, using such a clean and spacious bathroom, and feeling safe and happy! We could have spent all day there, but we wanted to explore Avila Beach and SLO. Our hosts had great suggestions for places to eat and things to do, and we followed all of them happily. We would recommend this delightful camp to anyone!

We were greeted with warmth as soon as we arrived. It was an amazing experience to sleep amongst the apple trees. The farm is beautiful and comfortable, with the bathroom/shower only a short walk away. Being in a canyon, the low light pollution at night makes for awe-inspiring stargazing. I would recommend bringing extra cushions to sleep on as the ground is fairly hard. Beachside is very close to Avila Beach and San Luis Obispo, both fun to explore. See Canyon Fruit Ranch is an amazing place to stay... I couldn't recommend enough.

Really cool, unique property. I felt like we were living on a farm for the weekend, which was exactly the kind of experience we were going for.

Mamma Kenny was a gracious host. Bathrooms were very clean and well equipped. Apples and cider were delicious. And the surrounding area is full of fun stuff for kids.

Highly recommend.
