Pitch a tent or park your RV between the endless rows of 124 year old apple trees surrounded by oak tree covered hills. Enjoy the endless sounds of birds, the leaves in the breeze, or the frogs, crickets and owls at night. There is zero light pollution in our canyon so it's a star gazers dream when it gets dark out. No wood fires but propane fire pits and grills are totally welcome. We have a seasonal apple stand that has a plethora of goodies to sample or purchase which is a fun little bonus when you stay with us anywhere from September 1st through the end of November. We also hold weddings in our gorgeous gardens during Spring, Summer and Fall. Feel free to grab a blanket, picnic basket or a book and spend a few hours lying on the grass in our gardens with the birds, ladybugs and butterflies. Our canyon has a microclimate of its own so almost every day except a handful of days in the winter the weather is absolutely perfect. There is a quaint little winery 30 seconds down the road from us with a great selections of wines and a flock of peacocks roaming around. We're about a 5 minute drive to the nearest beach (which happens to be our favorite in the area) with plenty of options for food and recreational activities to do there. We're a 10 minute drive from the best town in the nation, (Oprah said it not us) San Luis Obispo! We hope to see soon!

The vibe at Beachside Farm Camp Grounds
If you stayed here and have some insider info for us, let us know!
This is one of the best HipCamps we've stayed at! The weather was perfect and the location was in close proximity to Morro Bay (~25 mins), SLO (~10 mins) and Avila Beach (~5 mins). Jeremiah (Paul's son) made sure to make us feel super welcome. He had fresh eggs, honey, and apple cider waiting for us when we arrived along with a map of the property. He also got us set up with a propane fire pit since they don't allow wood fires. We loved checking the garden, the chickens, and the litter of kittens they happen to have during our stay. There were a couple other groups camping, but they were spread out enough that we still had our privacy. You can tell their family is super passionate about their land, the farm and love sharing it with new people. We'll defiantly be back! Thanks Jeremiah and family for a lovely stay!
