Gquan purchased the land with the intent of escaping the matrix and providing a space those who desired to share the same experience.  Ayiti consists of 40 acres which will be the future homesite of a spiritual retreat where people can come to detox from the world.  We will offer Reiki, yoga, meditation, etc.  Gquan is also a professional dog trainer/psychologist, so if your pet needs any detoxing and re-calibrating we offer these services as well.  Turn off your phone and forget about the world.  Come get free! We have 40 acres of space that is open for you to stay or stop over.  Ayiti is a refreshing, renewing, energy cleansing experience.

    meh. Gquan was cool but it's just a big empty plot of land. lots of dogs barking at night including apparently a pack that the neighbor let's run around. my dog was anxious all night and I wouldn't recommend bringing yours here.

    Quiet, peaceful and well hosted.
    Gquan’s hospitality parallels intellect, perspective, and a kind spirit, and we look forward to seeing him again. We arrived late in the night and he took the time to make sure that we were in the right location for our stay. Our conversation the following morning, although brief, left us inspired and hopeful to spend more time at Ayiti in the future. Great place to see shooting stars!

    Windy desert stop.
    It was the desert...very windy! Eventually turned our camper to face east and west to help with the loud wind noise and shaking during the night. Wasn't the easiest location to find, but thankful the host came out after seeing us turning our 33' travel trailer around and being lost. Directions were a little confusing and didn't really know where to park. maybe 10 minutes off the highway, which made for a convenient quick stop. Phone service was good and had a beautiful view of the night sky! He seemed like a nice guy!

    A beautiful and peaceful property. Gquan was kind and welcoming, we really enjoyed talking with him and learning about his vision for the property. Gquan was also very helpful when we got a bit lost. The roads were easy to navigate with our temperamental trailer. We stayed just one night as part of a longer road trip but would love to go back for a peaceful desert getaway.
