Tiny House
Could be very cool, some cons
I really really wanted to love this place. Maybe it was the wrong time of year to visit but it was a little bit of a letdown and we left a day early. The bad: No campfires (even gas) were allowed due to high fire risk (understandable but a bummer) and the swimming pond was really low water (also understandable being the 1st of October). The thing that got me about the swimming hole was that it was bright blue green like toilet bowl additive. Idk what's giving it that color but it was really off putting and dark, and we did not feel comfortable swimming in it. Important note; the Tiny House is right on the side of the road so if you're looking for seclusion this isn't exactly it. The good: The llamas and all the animals are great! We met Trevor's wife who was very nice. The little lit up jars marking the trails was adorable. May be a good place for some, just not good timing for us.

Tiny House
The tiny house was so cute!! So much attention to detail in the house and all over the property! We were in the middle of a heat wave when I was there so I didn’t get to hike/explore as much as I would have liked (middle-aged, out-of-shape mom of 2 so the heat and hills combined to limit my time outside) but the trails were so carefully dug out, some were lined with little solar lights - it was all really thoughtful. I would definitely recommend - though it would be nice to have a fan in the sleeping loft during the hotter months as the a/c doesn’t really make it up there. Overall, great place for a little getaway!

Excellent. Hidden gem. So many activities. Hiking on property very under rated!
