Enjoy views of the mountains, the lake, the goat barn, and a really big sky from our 2017 Airstream Sport. Great, private spot for hiking, bird watching, and exploring native plants on our private 70 acres at 5200ft elevation in the San Gabriel Mountains National Monument. 13 miles to Wrightwood.

The 2017 Airstream Sport is well appointed, modern and cozy. The main bed is between a full and queen in size. The dinette also folds down into a bed that is between a twin and full in size. Heating and A/C are provided. The kitchenette includes 2 propane burners, sink, fridge, and a convection/microwave combo oven. The bathroom in the Airstream includes a toilet, shower, vanity area and sink. Outside the Airstream we provide chairs, a picnic bench, a propane fire pit and a shallow pool for cooling off on hot days. Towels, sheets, pillows, basic cooking and eating tools are provided. Guests can bring their own food or purchase products from the ranch.

Guests have access to the full 70 acre ranch and adjacent forest service lands for hiking, picnicking, birdwatching, etc with the exception of the area immediately surrounding the private residence of the host., which is marked on the trails.

Guests are welcome to join us during morning and evening chores in the barn including feeding and milking. If you'd like to learn to milk a goat, we recommend at least a 2-night stay, since in some seasons we only milk every other day. We will also provide advice on hiking trails on the property, and instructions on taking out the canoe on the lake (seasonal!), or enjoying the sauna.

I spent a winter night in the 22' Airstream last weekend after some hard life events. Sitting among the goats and herd dogs was very healing; after not too long I was surrounded and was just another part of the herd. When it came time to settle in for the night, a goat taco kit was waiting for me in the well-heated Airstream. The bed was very comfy (would fit 2 easily) and the table was handy for doing some reading and writing. Good kitchen, too. I awoke to snow on the ground, racing clouds overhead, and left with a serenity that's hard to find in this world. The folks who run this place are great people for making this experience available to the world.

This place is heaven on earth for GOAT LOVERS!! It is the friendliest heard of goats I have ever had the pleasure of spending time with! Not to mention the rest of our friends like dogs, pigs, turkeys, horses and donkeys. It is tranquil and happy all at the same time! The sound of goats talking will lull you calmly while laughing at the babies playing par-core on Katie the pig and hay bails. The accommodations are perfect for an unplugged stay. Adventure awaits as soon as you swing open your door! Highly recommend staying for the night in either airstream, we’ve stayed in both and both are perfectly welcoming and cozy! Or just visit for the day at one of the events. It is all with us and it only takes one time to get hooked! Thank you Gloria and Christian for another amazing visit! I really really really wanted to sneak Bonnie and Paisley Jane into the car😄
Already planning our next visit in March

Staying at Angeles Crest Creamery is a unique experience that I can’t reccomment highly enough. Anyone who likes animals, is curious about ranch life and seeks pristine natural beauty will love this place. The Airstream is both luxurious and unassuming. You have just what you need, no more, and in an aesthetically pleasing fashion. We took a foraging walk with the goats, cooked an elaborate meal while listening to music on the trailer soundsystem, sat around the fire pit looking at stars, and slept comfortably until it was time to drink coffee hand roasted by Christian and Gloria - who are exceptional, down to earth hosts. A+

Wow! This property is gorgeous. Our family of 4 (2 elementary aged kids) had an absolute blast staying in the cozy, well-equipped Airstream. We were lucky to be there when it snowed and woke to a glorious winter wonderland! The Airstream has everything needed to easily prepare meals and we slept soundly in the comfy beds. But, you really want to be out of doors exploring the property and kissing goats! Hosts Gloria and Christian took good care of us without being intrusive in any way. Their descriptions are true to form and they quickly responded to any inquiries both before and during the stay. We skied/boarded at Mountain High one day which was a quick 12 minute drive. Plus--since you travel away from Wrightwood to get "home" from the mountain, you miss that long line of traffic completely! Also, very close to the beautiful St Andrew's Abbey which is worth a look, for sure. But, you don't ever have to leave the Angeles Crest Property to enjoy your visit. You can pack it full of walks/hikes, animals, learning--or just relax and enjoy some downtime with a book or a nap. We look forward to our next visit this spring!

We loved our time at Angeles Crest Creamery. The airstream was perfectly appointed and very cozy. The goat tacos were delicious. And the goats were kind and cuddly. We were two adults and two littles in the airstream, and we fit well. Thank you, Gloria and Christian!

I've been to a few daytime events at Angeles Crest Creamery, but this was my first overnight experience. I already loved it there, but now I love it even more. If you don't have goats, and dogs, and a pig, and turkeys in your life, then you're really missing out. Gloria and Christian are excellent hosts. The Airstream was super clean and cozy, and I can't wait to do it again.

Great secluded camper in good upkeep and well stocked with basics. The solitude of the place is well worth a visit. Previously met one of the hosts and met another one on this visit. Both equally knowledgable and low key which makes for great conversation. I almost don't want to recommend this place too much so it's mine, all mine.

Goats and kids and dogs and turkeys and a pig, a couple of horses, snow-covered peaks and chaparral, clean and comfortable Airstream, delicious tacos. We got so far away from Los Angeles in just an hour and a half. Thank you.
