Nestled amidst the mountains, our 138-acre historic ranch complete with original log home and outbuildings is a unique camping experience . With sprawling meadows producing hay and creeks running through, thriving milk goats, and lively chickens, roosters crowing to start the day. Situated just 45 km east of Kelowna, we offer a serene escape. For water enthusiasts, McCulloch Lake, awaits just 1 km east of our site. Whether you choose to trek along the trail or take the scenic McCulloch Road, this pristine lake offers a refreshing oasis for swimming, fishing, or simply basking in the sun. Situated along the renowned TransCanada Great Trail, also known as the KVR Trail, our campsite offers an ideal blend of adventure and tranquility. Lace up your hiking boots or hop on your bike to explore the scenic trail, soaking in breathtaking mountain vistas and refreshing forested landscapes. The Iconic Myra Canyon Trestles are 11km west by KVR Trail. While our location embraces the serenity of nature, the vibrant city of Kelowna is a mere 45 km away. Stock up on groceries, indulge in local wineries, tee off at renowned golf courses, or take advantage of the convenience of the international airport nearby.

This spot in located on the upper level of the ranch . Gravel and grass. No power, no septic, no potable water. Dry camping only. Wifi upon request. Ground is relatively level but will probably require some adjustment.

Rustic Cabin on KVR Trail

Great little cabin! Very rustic. Has all amenities excluding a toilet. Cozy warm at night!

Staying 2 nights at Debra's campsite was wonderful despite the less than ideal weather :) Great communication with updates on temp/conditions prior to arrival. Was given an alternate site (#1) which worked out great. As a solo camper, I felt quite safe in the area. Mostly quiet spot with the occasional vehicle driving by in the evening. Would 100% stay again to explore the lake and KVR trails. Thank you, Debra!

A little plot of land surrounded by trees that offers great protection from the hot sun. A pit toilet is on site. A quick jaunt to the lake and lagoon for a swim. Directly next to the KVR if you are riding that. It took us close to an hour to drive to Myra Canyon, as its all winding, dirt roads. Deb was delightful...buy some farm eggs!

Loved the site on Debra’s land! She had nice suggestions for things to do and places to see during our roadtrip which was great! Very secluded and private spot. Enjoyed our time!

The camping area was spacious. I was pleasantly surprised to have wifi available. We were there to cycle the trestles and it is only 11 kms to Myra park

Great spot for camping! Hosts were very welcoming and we enjoyed chatting with them. We felt very safe and secluded in this site. The area we were able to park the trailer in was a cleared grassy area surrounded by forest. Easy access to KV trail. We biked all the way to Myra Canyon and back (gravel and mountain bikes), 28 miles in all. This was great to be able to do right from camp. Early season, so no bugs! Recreational lakes nearby too. I would stay again. Cute rustic Airbnb cabin also off in distance.

If you are looking for somewhere out the way and ok the wilds this is the place for you. Deborah is an excellent host, we would deffo stay again!

We loved staying on this land, it was beautiful and there’s a lot to do/explore. Debra was very communicative and we look forward to coming back here in the future.
