Great location to everything on lower mainland. Just off Hwy #1, 7 minutes to the boarder crossing into USA, 20 minutes to the beach. Lots of local hiking and parks.

45 Minutes to downtown Vancouver. Go into town and enjoy the sites.

Lovely little local park just at the end of our road with a pretty little stream and covered shelters for family picnics.

Horseback riding  within 15 minutes with a company taking you through Cambell Valley reginal park.

Shopping all around.
