Open field under the stars wrapped in pine trees and birch. Enjoy all the offerings of wild vegetation the forest has to offer.  Bring your own tents or camper vans! If you're bringing a vehicle, we can accommodate vehicles up to 14ft in length and the site requires levelling.  Locations Notes: Quiet site just off Hwy 3A. - 5 mins from Kootenay River.- 3 mins to Glade Ferry.- 3 mins from Esso gas station.- 8 mins Frog Peak Cafe.- 15 mins to Nelson - a beautiful artisan township known for their historic buildings, boutique shops, *herb* and street/sculpture art. Best waterfront park in Nelson: Rotary Lakeside Park is the pride of Nelson's waterfront and encompasses almost every outdoor activity that you can imagine. A long, beautiful beach, wide promenade and large open green spaces highlight the area. Campfires are permitted as long as there is no fire ban. Pets are welcome.
