We are new Permaculturists with a high tunnel and a new house being built by ourselves. We have 2 camp sites available -- one in front of a 2-acre pond and the other overlooking a beautiful valley. This land has a lot of peace and quiet to enjoy with light traffic that goes by. Only 2 acres of the 80 acres are cleared for development. The rest will be left natural to enjoy.

We are in 80 acres of wooded land with a 2-acre pond. We have well water available. We are constructing a barn-shaped house that will sleep 30 people when it's finished. There are lots of wildlife to be seen. Peace and quiet, with very little traffic. We are accessible by a 2-lane highway. Lots of firewood on the ground. Expect to see snakes, lizards, newts, fish, snapping turtles, three toed turtles, bobcats, mountain lions, deer, elk, coyotes, eagles, buzzards, squirrels, skunks, amadillo, chipmunks and much more.
