The Barn House
Beautiful!
The Barn House was exactly what we needed! It was quiet and beautiful. The trail out the front door was peaceful and we got a real kick out of the meditation toilet! The house was clean and comfortable. It was off the grid enough to get some deep relaxation in while also feeling like we weren’t missing comforts of home. We had a really lovely romantic time but it would also be a fun place for kids to explore and connect with nature! We’ll be back for sure!

OMS Camp Site 3
Mixed experience
Our experience was mixed. The site is very lovely with well maintained walking paths , readily available water, and a bathroom. The hosts dogs were in our camp most of the waking hours and over the course of the first night, first day, and following morning the hosts husky caused puncture wounds on the face of our 12 year old dog three times during four brief fights. We could not get the hosts dogs to leave our camp. The hosts dog would growl at other dogs, including our dog if food was at our picnic table or accidentally dropped on the ground. The final bite from the host’s husky caused a puncture wound through our dog’s ear so we packed up our site and left early to avoid further injury to our dog. We sent a message to the host when we began to pack, and then sent another message after leaving the site, hoping to get a refund on the remaining days. Messages were sent on March 13th this review is being posted on March 22nd. The host has not responded to our messages regarding our stay and early departure. We will update this review if we hear back.

OMS Camp, Site 2
Everything was great! Such a perfect little sanctuary free of judgment or pressure, everyone was so friendly, and I had a lot of privacy. The composting toilet was truly a really cool place. This is a hidden gem!

The Barn House
Magical forest retreat
This cabin and the land surrounding it absolutely exceeded my expectations. The space is so beautiful physically and energetically. Heidi really puts her special touch on it. I highly recommend this place to get away, reset, and go inward with yourself or a loved one. She also has the capacity for larger groups too! And make sure you try her homemade cooking!
