If you're looking for a groovy & chill vibe, this is the place to be. Right next to Saguaro National park (25 minutes from Tucson), this spot has a great hot shower and is perfect for camping! There's even an RV you can rent for the night if you find yourself tentless.

This was my first hipcamp experience, and I was pleasantly surprised.
We booked day of and had no trouble with the booking whatsoever. Cheryl communicated with us throughout the day and was super prompt with questions we had about the setup. When we arrived (after dark) she greeted us and took the time to give us a personal tour of the grounds. She warned us about rattlesnakes, but also set us at ease when seemed concerned. “Only fools and drunks get bit by rattlesnakes” The campgrounds are on a ranch with tiny houses and travelers’ art busses. The vibe is super chill, comfortable, and relaxed, a little “off the grid” we felt totally Safe throughout our stay. She checked on us after setting up our tent, yet also gave us plenty of privacy. In the morning she had hot water ready for coffee, and the bathrooms were great. The kitchen setup is still being built, so we cooked in a fire pit, but loved it, and they provided free firewood. Would definitely stay again.

Wonderful stay! Cheryl was the nicest host. I arrived at night, and she was there at the gate to welcome me in, and introduce me to my neighbors, as I was traveling solo. I felt right at home with my pup. A hot shower, good night sleep under the stars, and right next to Saguaro National Park for a morning walk. Overall great stay:)

What a trip! We got in late after hiking the Agua Caliente Trail which totally kicked our butts. We met Cheryl who was super helpful and accommodating and showed us where we could set up camp and shower. The space is so great for cooking in! They have a whole kitchen set up with great counter space and sinks so we could cook all of our meals, which we really enjoyed doing. Cheryl and Zoe were the only two people we met besides some other campers who were just in and out overnight. The ladies got us all set up with running water and were off. After that it was really just us and a couple neighboring pups who Cheryl called “frick” and “frack” since they’re so goofy and adorable. They were so great and did a little running around with our dog which got his energy out plenty before we hit the road. I would most definitely go back and enjoy the funky vibe on this psychedelic ranch. Definitely check out the sail bus the couple used when they were in the merry pranksters! Incredible.

Wow! These people were so helpful and welcoming to me. They were having issues with the bathroom facilities and warned me beforehand, and after I still showed up they were very kind to offer some of their personal facilities for my use! I had the most comfortable stay of my 5 day trip across the country there and I would highly recommend staying with them and checking out their massive and funky property!

Hosts were really welcoming ! We enjoyed the property in the middle of the desert. The skyview and sunset were amazingly stunning ! The place was huge and really quiet, perfect to obesrve the active wildlife.
Also having hookups and water available was really helpful.
