Welcome to our eclectic living and camping "village". There are several campsites here, where you can set up your own equipment for the basic price. Plenty of trees to pitch a hammock back in the glen. And, We have equipment for RENT, the best being the Stingray Tree Tent (Tentsile)with access to a vintage camper (cooking/lounge) which is $45. Bring your solar string lights. Archery and Atlatl zone. We try to talk quiet, sleep quiet, and manage our own waste stream, down to our human waste. We use a five gallon bucket "Dude-R" sawdust.. Pack out what you pack in. Know how to burn wisely. Beware of the construction material laying about... Sleep in the trees or next to the trees! They have stories to tell. There is one place for a van or pickup camper as well as various tent locations. Really no hookups here, bring your own quiet charge. No gas powered generators There are also huts on the ridge which has a huge night sky. No city lights. . Neighbor up the hill wishes us to be quiet. Park well off the road. or in the lot outside. I live in the Mongolian Yurt or Ger year round,,. Which is next to the camper. We are off grid, its quiet, big forest all around. Solar power. its pretty basic here (haul water, chop wood)with a few studio projects that are ongoing. We also have a community kitchen, with a wood fire place to cook food.,Gardens are under construction, ceremonial spaces, retreat spaces, trails just out the door, soil making, workshop, medicine wheel, ritual fire ring, a Philippine Ifugao Hut. Dragon Canoes. Making art (woodworking) here if you are creative, painting supplies, as is the proximity to Santa Fe where you can have that artistic city experience if you wish.. Meow Wolf and local stuff, + Canyon Road, I take people at the right hour to see the sunset, I have a great ebike tour. We grow hemp and other flowers on the property. Water is limited. We encourage you to get your hands dirty and learn to survive a crisis by camp living by having fun while learning rather than panic mode. We don't carry firearms or are into cults, (you know, New Mexico...) All kinds of things, see things. We ride bikes which happen to be ebikes these days. Learning stuff. We like to host people and have them enjoy their experience with us. This is not glamping with too many mints and high thread counts. Wool blankets, art happening. Pets welcome, well trained as they are please. and plenty of privacy if you wish. Its a bit quirky, in development, lots of roosters next door, neighbor dogs bark, but we are in the glen, quiet like. but its all good and respectful. You can haul your kit into the forest to be away from it all too. Backpacking. Wheel barrow shuttle.

Tomas is very friendly and helpful! He provided clean water for us and was always there if we had a question. There are multiple spaces to camp on that you can choose from.

Plateaucamp- Conscious Living
Plateaucamp is an entire experience in itself. In less than 24 hours we rode bikes, hiked, bouldered, climbed a tree, grilled outside, participated in a yurt ceremony, explored downtown Flagstaff, hiked again, stacked rocks, watched a woodworking demonstration, and played with fire! Tomas is a natural tour guide with a wealth of information and takes great pleasure in sharing it with others. If you want to discover some off-the-beaten-path spots around Flagstaff, this would be a great place to start. The house was impeccable. It’s in a really cute neighborhood with amazing national forest access right out the door. A very memorable experience!
