Wide open spaces close to the foot of the Black Mountains. Trails and caves to explore in the mountains. Beautiful mountain view with excellent stargazing opportunities at night. This property is approximately 10 miles off the main road and approximately 20 minutes one side of Laughlin Nevada casinos and gaming and 20 minutes the other direction to Kingman Arizona with grocery and convenience stores, truck stop, post office and more.

Access to land is a little rough. Some roads are dirt roads and have washes crossing them. SUV at minimum is suggested to transverse roads to the land.
