The site is beautiful and private. We did get confused on the directions, but Jeff was quick to respond to messages to help get us to our site.

We loved Jeff’s site. It was at the edge of a neighborhood looking into the desert. Super quiet and beautiful skys. Ask Jeff about the hike to his ‘watering hole’ in Oak Creek. Took us about an hour each way and we loved it.

It was a nice flat spot at the edge of open space. Secluded area, extremely clean portapotty. Easy directions. Very pretty scenery. Very quiet even though some scattered houses but not a place to party - I think that would bother the neighbors. Cloudy night but if not, would be incredible star gazing.

The site was a unlevel parcel of dirt. Was awaken by some people with spotlites. It was just my 85 yr old mother n I. When we saw that , YES! We got scared. My dogs went crazy. Waited out the nite n left the first thing next morning. Didn’t stay for my second reservation nite. Not even a trail to walk my dogs on.

This site is level and is graveled! This lady did not read the ad, clearly states no hookups. Endless trails right from camp. She has would have to leave her motorhome to find however! There is a residence about 200 yds away, the tennant there comes home from work around 9 or 10, dogs probably seen headlights and barked. Please avoid this camper if you have a chance. She lied about my campsite, and cannot read! I live 20 miles from site, i drove out and met her and took her to site because she can't follow simple directions. Hope she never returns.

Nearby to a house but still feels like a secluded spot. Woke up to hot air balloons.

Safe and secluded spot. Perfect for visiting Red Rock and Sedona. Gravel site was perfect for our class b RV. Woke up to a beautiful sunrise and hot air balloons lifting off over the mountains. Sadly, we were just passing through but would gladly stay here again when we return. Jeff kept in good communication with us and we appreciated him advising us as we traveled in. Scenic route was AMAZING! Thanks for sharing your land.
