James’ place was perfect for what we wanted. A nice, easy and safe spot in the Carefree area. Very good and prompt communication. Met us at the driveway of his house-area. Directed and took us to the spot, which was very close. House-area is a nice area on the periphery of the town. Pretty. Quiet. If we were caught between Phoenix and Sedona again, we would definitely try to stay here. James was very nice and helpful, for the minute or two we interacted with him.

Perfect blend of quiet mountain desert environment within a short drive to the greater Scottsdale or Phoenix areas should you want to explore the city. The site was super clean, quiet & private. The spaces were perfectly level with easy drive in access. Very close to a huge network of hiking, biking, equestrian & OHV trail systems. Our host Jim was exceptionally friendly & accommodating. .
