PLEASE NOTE: SUV or cross-over needed on rocky road going into camp site, about 500 yards of rocky/ dirt road leading right to camp site.

Big shady trees, big fire pit, 3 acres to spread out, mountain views with incredible sunsets and star gazing! You can smell trees, fresh/ clean air, 20 minute drive to the South Rim of the Grand Canyon, 35 minute drive to Williams, AZ and a little over an hours drive to Flagstaff, AZ.  The wind through the trees and the peaceful calm out on my 3 acres is relaxing, I can't say enough about the sunsets and star gazing- you can see the whole Milky Way!

My land is near the town of Valle, AZ: Valle is a census-designated place in Coconino County, Arizona, United States. As of the 2010 US Census the population of Valle was 832. It lies at an altitude of 5,994 feet (1,827 m),[3] at the junction of U.S. Route 180 and State Route 64. Its attractions include the Valle Airport (40G), the Planes of Fame Air Museum, and Flintstones Bedrock City amusement park. Drivers often stop at the town on their way to the Grand Canyon from either Williams or Flagstaff, as it is approximately at the halfway point. I am 3 1/2miles east to the nearest gas station.

Brian C’s Land was a nice getaway from the busyness of city life. It’s a vast, quiet open land and although it was cloudy when we visited, I’m certain that the star gazing is amazing. I will say that you’ll want a 4-wheel drive vehicle because the roads are a bit rough. Also, double check that you have specific coordinates as apple maps will lead you to Flagstaff.
Brian was responsive leading up to our stay, and helped us find the place. He said that he’s going to install signs as soon as possible.
If you like roughin’ it, this is the place for you!

Private site, directions could be better and a heads up to campers that access is dodgy if it has been raining.

The proximity to the Grand Canyon national park is AWESOME. You do need a four wheel drive or SUV to get out to the site. Nice open place.

Thank you Aerial! Yes, I recently added in the profile that the last 500 yards a SUV or cross-over is needed.

I spent over 3 hours looking for the site and ever found it. If the site was there, it had no marking and there was no fire pit.

Great spot for a camp sight 50 minutes from the Grand Canyon. It’s an off the beaten path road but I use the directions Brian gave and found the place. I would go the route he recommends because you may miss it coming from a different road. Thanks Brian!

Never made it to the property. We spent time looking for it, but were unable to locate it. The area and view looked amazing. Wish we would have been able to find it. Definitely need SUV/4wheel drive, the road is really rocky.

Brian's land was difficult to find. Admittedly our first attempt was late at night and we never found the supposed fire pit. In the morning when we looked again we once again had no success.

The land is in the middle of nowhere on a 4wd road (as noted in the description) - however, there are other houses, trailers, old cars, and other seemingly sketchy items nearby. It is definitely secluded, but we stayed in the car instead of pitching a tent because that was the only way we felt safe on the land when we arrived at night.

Brian finally sent us the exact gps coordinates of the camping spot, and we pulled over to stay there for the night; but like I said, no large fire pit was ever found. Brian says he plans to post signage in the next month, but then again I saw a posting in March that said the same. Who knows - unfortunately I would not recommend this place.
