A beautiful space with a view and all the privacy lacking in every established campground. Heidi was very patient with our questions and we managed to book Base Camp and Site II at the same time for our crew and dogs. Very thoughtfully put together, and the Lounge Tent was a welcome place for all to come together for a game of cards. We want to return soon!

What a wonderful trip this was!
Heidi was a wonderful host, making sure that we were comfortable and had everything we needed.
The property is isolated, and beautiful.
The campsite is shared with others, however, they were quiet and respectful as were we.
Provided was a commode (inside a tee-pee styled tent) that was clean and tidy, a sun shower, common area with fire pit, and accessories, including a hammock to relax in.
Overall, excellent! I heard that this site is also a work in progress, this spot is definitely a hidden jewel.

100% Recommend!

Base Camp offered incredible views, privacy and space - not like crowded large capacity sites, AND a friendly, responsive host. The night skies are mind blowing on this land, we got the rare chance to watch a full moon rise around a cozy fire pit space that Heidi created. And it didn’t take us long at all to make it to the South Rim at The Grand Canyon. Very pleased with our stay here.

Heidi was very accomodating, the set up was beautiful, secluded, and quiet. There was even a hammock, a fire ring, and two different outdoor living room set ups. Everything you could ask for! Thank you Heidi! Also— watch for the American flags in the entrance off the main road and the street signs are on the ground!

Heidi is an amazing host, with an amazing piece of land. You're sharing amenities if there is another camper booked next door, if not, it's nice to have the whole place to yourself! Awesome views, great lighting at night and a relaxing hammock to hang out. Recommend bringing a table for cooking/dishwashing.

Heidi was an exceptional host! She went above and beyond to help during our stay and we really enjoyed all the work she put into her campsite set up. The weather changed dramatically on our second night (super windy) and the common area tent saved us! We were still able to hang out as a family playing games. The star gazing was amazing as well. We would definitely recommend this site if you're looking for an off the grid experience (even though we still had great cell reception!) Thank you Heidi for the wonderful hospitality!
