Description

For a truly secluded backcountry experience, make the trip to Berg Bay Cabin. The 16’ x 16’ A-frame structure boasts views of the bay and Blake Channel, plus it’s become popular for fishing, crabbing, and hiking. Try 4-mile Aaron Creek Trail from Berg Bay to Berg Creek or Berg Creek Trail, an unmaintained 4-mile trail that leads from the mouth of Berg Creek to Berg Basin. The cabin has two single bunks, a table, benches, loft, and oil heater, but be sure to bring sleeping gear, cooking supplies, lighting, water, toilet paper, garbage bags, and #1 stove oil.
