Escape the wind & dust in town, to a peaceful sanctuary surrounded by native birds, trees, flowers & views of Kachemak Bay, Homer Spit & Kenai Mountains.

A 10'x10'x6' tent on a level platform, 1 or 2 queen air mattresses, pillows & sleeping bags. Fully equipped, covered, lighted camp kitchen and lounge area, with Coleman stove, small fridge, gas grill, dishes, utensils, pots and pans, electric, coffee, tea, drinking and wash water, ice chests, and everything you need for outdoor food preparation and dining. The fire pit area is firepit stocked with wood, and equipped with lawn chairs and a picnic table.

Includes WiFi, coffee, tea, & eggs from our flock.

10 miles East of Downtown Homer, in the garden below Fritz Creek Guest House, the tent is in a private area screened by trees.

Enjoy the midnight sun outdoors. You can have a summer day anywhere, but the summer nights in Alaska have a magic of their own. Hundreds of birds sing at dusk and dawn. Lounge around the fire pit and watch the summer sunset turn into sunrise, or watch the moon travel above the mountains.

Extra tents are available to rent for larger parties, and there are 3 guest rooms in the house.

WiFi is available from the house deck and most of the camp area.

Plan to wear extra warm pajamas and socks to bed. The Alaskan weather is not dependable!

Campers have access to the kitchen, deck, and living room in the main guest house. Our main water supply is delivered weekly, so I prefer for campers to use the private outhouse, located a few yards below the end of the driveway, although there is access to bathrooms in the main guest house.

Showers are $5 extra, towels and toiletries included.

Water, soap, and towels are provided for washing up inside the sauna.

Or to get REALLY CLEAN, you can rent the wood-fired, Finnish style sauna, paneled inside with local cottonwood, and a secluded view of the bay and Homer Spit. Three tiers of benches easily accommodates 6 or more people. Stocked with wood, water, locally-made soap, essential oils for scented steam, shampoo and towels. $25 for 3 hours. $5 extra per person after two. I will be glad to heat it up for you if I am available, although most folks enjoy starting the fire! It needs about an hour to pre-heat. Detailed instructions are posted. To add this cleansing, relaxing experience to your stay, message me.
