Rest, Relax, Recreate' is our motto! Right off bike trail, near lakes, hiking!

This listing is a joint listing for the cabin and surrounding property. It is meant for hosting a larger group to have both the cabin and outside area together.

Located just 5 miles from downtown Talkeetna.

3.3 private acres.  Rent the cabin and have the entire property to bring up RV's and tents with family and friends for an amazing retreat!

The cabin sleeps up to 6 people.  If you book a larger group the rest must be in tents or RV's.  If you have a small group or just want us of the cabin contact me for a lower price.

Do you have a mixed group?  Some would enjoy roughing it but others need a little pampering?  We have the perfect property for you!

The outdoor space is wonderful and would be the perfect spot for a large family get together.  We have a custom fire ring with a grill, 2 picnic tables, 6 chairs and plenty of firewood.  We also have a propane BBQ and a wonderful front porch with two comfy chairs to enjoy a peaceful cup of morning coffee.

Built in 2017 our new cabin is designed after the "tiny house" movement. We created a space we would love to visit. Luxury in the wilderness! Our bathroom features a 1-2 person infared sauna and corner shower. We have thought of every detail from premier furnishings, stackable washer/dryer, luxurious egyptian cotton sheets and towels, feather and hypoallergenic pillows, to a fully equipped kitchen with a dorm size refrigerator, 20" electric stove with 4 burners, and dish sets for 8. We offer Direct TV 100+channels with a flat screen TV downstairs and one in each loft, as well as free Wifi. Our cabin sits on a 12'x20' foundation and has two lofts each measuring 8'x12'. One loft has a queen bed, one loft has two twin beds, downstairs has a microfiber click-clack sofa which folds down to a bed measuring 70.5"x 30.5" and a twin size 2" memory foam floor-mat lounger. Pack-n-play available upon request. Our loft railings and ladders are custom made with a birch tree designs by a local artist. Although our lofts are quite sturdy we do not feel they would be appropriate for small children or people with limited mobility. The dining area will have a solid wood birch pub table and 4 stools.

The Talkeetna Tiny House is so comfortable and adorable! The way it’s laid out is wonderful. The kitchen has anything you’d need! The couch folds into a bed. There’s one loft with a queen bed and another loft with two twin beds that you access through very stableanchored ladders. The beds were super comfortable. Each loft has a flat screen tv as well as one downstairs. The bathroom has a sauna that is delightful! The property also has an RV spot as well as a fire pit and is located right next to a beautiful lake! The deck is lovely to sit on and watch moose walk around the property. The host is so helpful and friendly. I cannot wait to go back, already missing this cabin!
