Pitch your tent in our secluded little forest. You will have access to an outhouse, community fire ring with firewood provided, a private parking area, and if you are quiet, you will hear the spring running beneath the forest floor. About 16 miles from Homer, 10 miles from the Anchor Point beach, and less then a mile to the nearest Anchor River access point. It's a few miles of hiking to the top of Epperson Knob, the highest point with a 360-degree view of Cook Inlet, Mt. Illiamna, Mt. Redoubt, Augustine Volcano and the Kenai Mountains.

This is a great starting point for some backwoods Alaskan adventures! Added bonus: Staying with us means you can buy some veggies and eggs direct from the farm you're sleeping at (depending on season and availability)! We grow using organic methods! Also, we have a bakery in town and our Hipcampers may get deals on day old bread and goodies, also depending on availability!
