5 1/2 acres of partially wild land in the country. Far away from Wal-Mart. We are building a modernized version of the Low Country Dogtrot style home on a budget. Still under construction. You are welcome to fish, walk, cook meals and launder for your next leg. Learning to homestead and running a small soap business all right here. Any given day(season permitting) you could pick veggies, cut soap or can elderberry jam. Or just relax. Learn more about this land: Small pond stocked with bream and fishing. Plenty of room to set up camp. All are in close proximity to the house. Outside outlets available. Campfires allowed in the clearing behind our home or in a pit beside the pond. Access to our full outdoor kitchen located on the porch of our not yet completed dogtrot home. Breezeway access to the full bathroom and laundry. Random chances to cut handmade soaps from our small home based business. Meet our three legged rescue pup and her two rescue sisters. 1 very loving rescue cat and her very standoffish sister cat. And of course our small gang of extremely wild Free range chickens and ducks. Fresh eggs and coffee are are available in the outdoor kitchen. We are still in construction so the home itself is a bit like a war zone at times. All campsites are within 75 yards of our home so this is definitely more of a face-to-face site although we do try to respect the privacy of campers. All pets will need to be leashes and we will kennel our dogs for a time each day to give other well behaved and chicken friendly pets some freedom. Borrow our collection of foraging books to identify the abundance of wild foods and medicinal plants. We don’t spray our yard with pesticides and weed killers so they are plentiful. See you soon!

Run It Wild
Run it Wild is an excellent choice for a laid-back Hipcamp in a peaceful, rural setting. Upon our arrival, our friendly host, Amanda (and her sweet Mom, Bee), welcomed us to the property and highlighted all the available amenities. Amanda was an an excellent host and a lovely, generous person. She made sure we were very comfortable and had everything we needed for a great stay. Thank you! She has done a wonderful job providing campers with a lovely, functional, comfortable space. The covered kitchen area was well-equipped with needed cooking essentials. Pots, pans, a coffee-maker, and much, much more were available during our visit. It was so nice to have this welcoming area available. The grounds of Run it Wild were open and calm. During our stay, my husband and I pitched our tent on a level, grassy spot near a colorful kumquat tree. The main house on the property, where the bathroom and kitchen area were located, were just a short walk away. Chickens and geese ambled leisurely across the green lawn as they made their way to the tranquil pond at the front of the property. It was a serene setting. At night, all was still; we quickly fell asleep in these quiet, peaceful surroundings. Thank you for your truly excellent hospitality, Amanda! It was an absolute pleasure meeting you. My husband and I greatly enjoyed our time your Hipcamp, and would highly recommend Run it Wild to our closest friends.

Run It Wild
The Perfect Camp Spot
Run it Wild was such a hidden gem! Amanda was extremely accommodating and friendly and it was the perfect camping spot. We loved the convenience of having a bathroom with shower and kitchen to utilize. My 2-year-old was thrilled with all the animals and all of them were friendly with her. We had a great experience and highly recommend it!

Run It Wild
Beautiful!
Run it Wild was absolutely beautiful! The property was nice and flat and easy to park on (even in a 38 foot skoolie!), the view of the pond and all of the critters was perfect, and the hosts were more then accommodating and just great people. Plus, the outdoor kitchen is super cool! Without a doubt, a 10/10. We’ll be back!

Run It Wild
Charming, lovely stay <3
Where do I even start? This place is a little slice of heaven if you ask me! We stopped here after camping in the boonies for about two weeks and it was such a refreshing surprise! The charming outdoor kitchen and bathroom are seriously so lovely. Mandy keeps everything very clean and the whole property is full of her bright personality. We truly enjoyed every minute of our stay here, Amanda was the best hostess we could’ve asked for and her dogs are the sweetest and funniest fur babies. The fresh eggs that we pre-paid for was such a tasty breakfast and the soap she makes is so moisturizing and all-natural! She really made us feel like family and we already can’t wait to come back someday. Thank you for everything Miss Mandy <3 If you book this place you will definitely not be disappointed. It’s honestly a steal at the price she has listed! Wonderful stay
