Nice place. Campsites are dispersed a little bit which is really nice. You can refill your water by the pond and there’s a place for a boat launch if that’s your thing. There’s a bathhouse with 2 toilets and one shower. There’s a small nature trail adjacent to the campsites. Overall I had an excellent experience at this site. Will definitely be back.
Got a bit confused about the backcountry versus primitive camp ground sites. The camp hosts were super nice about us setting up at the wrong site and let us stay there since it was not reserved. But if you are looking for the backcountry sites, make sure to ask for clarified instruction on how to get there
A campers paradise
Had a wonderful experience staying here! Loved being away from everything but i recommend bringing a wagon to carry your gear back to the campsite if you have alot! Beautiful woods and creek and loved have a boat launch close for when we wanted to go out and about in the boat. Will definitely be coming back!
