Wooded 2 acer lot with a little circle drive. The drive can be slick in the rain! Park on the road, or at the very top of the drive. There is also a very small pond at the bottom of the land. The pond is good for washing hands or putting out fire, but I would not drink. Enjoy! Neighbor from across the street is John, if by change you see him.

My wife and 3yo daughter were traveling across the US with a Uhaul and had planned with Eric to stay at his spot thru Hip Camp. When we got there, his directions made no sense and thank the gods local folks just happened to be around to ask for help. They had no idea what we were talking about, said, "that dude hadn't been taking care of this spot in years, it's completely unkept, and had a dead cow sitting on the lot decaying!". They thankfully gave us a spot miles down the road to camp - we had nowhere else to go, it was dark, and we'd just driven 8 hours thru 4 states. I don't know what the heck this guy Eric is doing advertising a spot he doesn't even maintain. There is no flat area, pure unkept trees and bush. Thanks bro. For putting my family in danger and getting us lost during a pandemic.
